It was clean and the lady who owned it was friendly

Good breakfast, but maybe a wider hot selection for example Eggs Benedict or boiled eggs would have been good.
A nice touch to find complimentary soft drinks and confectionary snacks and fresh milk in the fridge.
A lovely surprise to receive a birthday card, wine, chocolates and a balloon for my birthday.
Great to have a sanitiser unit in the room.
Sausages lacked flavour. Bacon was medallion style, rather than rashers.
It wasn't made clear on the request sheet, that the smoked salmon was mixed in with the scrambled egg, rather than being separate on the plate.
A wider selection of breakfast pastries would have welcome.

Fabulous hotel with off road parking, great hosts and only a short walk into town. Excellent breakfast, great choice. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Lots of extras and very clean. Nothing too much trouble.

This is a lovely place to stay with a great host with a very particular passion for their unique take on decor. The room and facilities are hard to fault. Everything has been thought of and makes this an excellent place to stay.

Always stay here we we visit Llandudno stating again in 3 weeks for rhe May Bank Holiday breakfast is gorgeous loads of choice rooms are fantastic cery clean comfortable and extra touches like chic bars early plugs bath robes water chiller are fantastic definitely stay here if u plan to vist Llandudno

Landlady was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and ensuite we're large and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and tasty.The hotel was close to the town centre. Great walks such as the great orme,and seaside coastal walks

Sharon the owner made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Her attention to detail is particularly impressive and has thought of everything. Deserves 6 stars!!

It is ideally situated and the car park is plenty of space for any car small or large with easy parking so no shunting needed

Room had everything you could need. Comfortable bed and bedding. En suite was fully equipped, lovely shower and deep bath for a long soak.

Quiet, very clean. The owner a former nurse is a true nurturing person. Nothing was forgotten or to much trouble. A beautiful house and a delicious cooked to order breakfast. Even had off road parking!!

Everything! from the comfort of our room & the dining area to the little touches and attention to details. The owner has literally thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Spacious room with every little thing you could think of or need. Spotlessly clean yet very welcoming. Food was plentiful and first rate. Excellent location and on site parking. Host was friendly and a good source of useful local information. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back again - a real treasure find

We really enjoyed our stay at Abbey House the hosts Sharon and Robin were most welcoming. Our room was very nice clean and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast was very nice and we definitely would love to stay at the hotel again.

Exceptional, Sharon & Robin have worked there msgic on this B&B Delightful rooms, so comfortable.and very clean.
The breakfast was lovely as was the dining room.
The B&B is in a quiet location and close to all amenities turn right or left out of the B&B and your sure to find what your looking for nice walks,, beaches eateries and shops.
