The picture on website showed bath tub in the washroom but there was no bathtub. The washroom size was too small

There is nothing which you can like. Rooms are not clean, not value for money

Location, interior, luxury etc

Fair room rates, decent breakfast, smiling and hard working staff

The property has gone a bit downhill since the time it’s no longer under the Radisson brand. It’s very visible in the quality of rooms, leisure facilities and general cleanliness of the hotel. Even the bathroom supplies in the room are basic which you would expect only in a 2 or 3 star hotel but not in a hotel which brands itself as 4 star

I expected to be more clean and people more attentive

absolutely nothing.

I think the quality of the property and the assets and services have gone down drastically. we booked suits and room has broken furniture and dirty sofa. you don’t expect that when you spend 20k for a night.

The hotel does not meet the quality of 5-star accommodation at all.

Well managed, courteous staff and access to all amenities that you would look for in a family outing.
