Breakfast was nice with many choices. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Showers were lovely and bathroom also large. The reception staff and breakfast room staff were very nice and helpful.
The manager's manner of communication with us could have been improved. We felt that she treated us as potential criminals rather than respected guests.

The reception was very friendly and supportive.I had an early check-in, but the quickly found a solution for me. Thank you for your kindness.
At the morning breakfast the service was friendly, but cleaning the tables was more important than serving. I had to wait for my coffee about 10 minutes once. So better sharing the workload between 2-4 people could solve such issue. ;-)

The room and bathroom were large.
I missed an arm chair and the pillows were uncomfortable. But the worst was lack of air condition. It was 35 C outside and the room was like a sauna!!! I asked for air condition but was told it was not possible.

Great location for tourists, room is big enough as well as the balcony, good value for money.
Chairs on the balcony were dusty; everything else was quite good.

The room was smaller then the one in the picture but overall wasn't bad at all.

The facility was good, even though the property is priced a little higher than the peers. Food was good.
There was no option for having lunch or dinner. Amenities such as TV were not working.

Good urban location with lots of services and stores within walking distance, spacious room and nice breakfast. Would return on my next trip to Tbilisi.
Unfortunately the kitchen was not open during the evening nor was the sauna and billiards room.
