清潔感があり部屋も綺麗だった。連泊し、クリーニングがきちんとされていたので良かった。
無料送迎シャトルバスが小さい。予約率に合わせてバスのサイズを変えたほうが良い。乗れない方がいて、その上本数が少ないので可哀想だった。ホテル内のコンビニが閉店時間の5分前には終わっていた。時間は守ってほしい。
部屋のルームキーが間違えていてチェックイン時部屋に入れなかった。しばらく待たされたが謝罪が軽く、驚いた。

USJ訪問に合わせてスタンダードルームに宿泊。USJから10Km程(途中自動車専用道が有る為、車のみ。電車では1時間程)で、無料駐車場も有り、土日祝は朝方にシャトルバスも出ており、USJへのアクセスが非常に良い。
スタッフの対応・アメニティ等も申し分なく、朝食も美味しくリブランド価格でお得感は高かった。
使用はしませんでしたが、9Fにプールもあり(要予約)、子供連れには嬉しいホテルと思います。
毎日、大阪駅・関西空港までの往復のシャトルバスが出ている為、連泊しても大阪観光に出かけられ利便性は高い。
リブランドオープンの為、仕方がないが、部屋の細部に目をやると古さを感じる部分がある。
宿泊した部屋のバスルームの扉が、引き戸ではなく、横にスライディングさせるタイプであり、女性等、性が気になる方には不向きでした。※一応、音姫的な機能は付いています。
夕食時のアルコールは南国系に寄っており、スピリッツの選択肢が少なめでした。
USJへのシャトルバスが行きっぱなしの為、有料でも良いので17～20時位の時間帯で数本帰りの便を運航して貰えると非常に宿泊しやすなると感じた。

Couldn't use the pool as it was reserved by others full day. Even it was not available the next day morning.

Staff were helpful. Replacement room key didn’t incur an extra cost.
Finding the front desk was challenging at least from the entrance I came in from. Convenience store closes at night as if unaware of the concept of convenience stores.

really beautiful hotel and great western and asian food choices,really great gym for a hotel,has a convenient store inside which was amazing and rooms were big,has free service to osaka station,really cool. Great for events and the amenities,activities were incredible.
the room was very dusty from the beginning to end,we asked for staff to clean but never came.
