Location, surroundings, dog friendliness, food was ok, staff at the location was nice.

The whole payment story was terrible - I was charged without notice few times and it wasn’t what I agreed on booking.com (I initially agreed to pay at the property). Another example - I agreed trough messages to add breakfasts and pay at the location, still … was charged from my card with no notice few days after. When we arrived dogs beds and bowls weren’t in the room, we were provided with them later after we requested them (we payed for them in advance). Comparing to two other Selinas this one felt old, abandoned, not taken a good care off: shower was dirty, common areas were dirty too - no one cleaned tables, ashtrays, etc. Unfortunately, we were disappointed from our stay.

Right away we were greeted with a smile, 2 free drinks and a free upgraded room (because the place was empty that day). It felt good that they decided to upgrade us just because they could. Receptionist was super nice and friendly, we ended up talking and playing games. There is a fire place in the lobby which is dope

stayed in dorms which had no window basically. but did have an AC so it was fine.

The rooms were not maintained and not clean especially the bathroom. we had to call the staff to fix things or to bring things that were missing. some things were old and broken. I ve never had such a bad experience as guest in a hotel or hostel.

The place is not clean, over price for what to get

The place is located in a beautiful kibbutz with easy access to many great treks.

The price was outrageous in comparison to what we received. It was a basic, clean room, but it lacked basic stuff: we only had two towels per two people (not even a hand towel available), the bed was covered with a too-small bedsheet that constantly fell off, everything was very basic and minimal. It felt like the place is trying to cut costs on everything and give you the minimum of the minimum.

I really like the style of the rooms and the beautiful garden, the breakfast was also great with a lot of options.

There wasn't any activity (Yoga, meditation) in all of our stay and moreover, the pool was closed on Sunday.

We were there before but now it changed ownership. It is still a great location and beautiful area for this simple but comfortable hotel. Nice rooms between trees. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I am not sure the change of ownership did much good becuase it used to be more local and now it belongs to a larger chain of hotels... Some advantage but alo some disadvantages to thi change.

The swimming pool was closed, it is indicated somewhere on the web site but there are contradicting messages on the site so it is hard to know what is the corrct one. Also, the staff were not very knowledgable regarding activities in the area. Hours, locations and so on. They ere trying to be helpful but should know more
