Very charming place. We were pleased the moment stepping into BK village. Very well designed and love all the details. Staff are well trained and super friendly.

We understand joglos usually lack of sound proofing, and indeed we can hear neighbor coughing, and talking. But sharing the same headboard with your neighbor is next level. When your neighbor accidentally hit the headboard, they can literally knock you up. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well nor enough.

Everything! It has been completed to such a high standard. The full site is so big but there are only several rooms which means it is very quiet and peaceful. Yoga shala is really cool and the spa treatments/facilities are exceptional. The pool is INCREDIBLE. Great location, good food and above all the team who make the village feel like a home.

The place it self was magical. It’s like a heaven in the city.

They were slow sometimes but it was worth waiting for the services.

The villas are beautiful, as are the gardens. The restaurant does lovely Japanese food.

It’s quite a costly place to stay though is perfect for a special occasion. I would have liked more recommendations from staff about places to visit, tour options etc.

The beautiful gardens and pools. The spacious and clean rooms. The excellent service by all of the staff. The restaurant meals were amazing!
