exceptional cleanliness, rooms and beds were cleaned daily and the air conditioning was great. Good Breakfast and close to the nice beaches on the island. The staff also arranged a snorkelling trip for us at a good price compared to the other offers available. Would definitely recommend Lucy’s and would happily stay again :)

lighting in the rooms could improve as well as a full length mirror would be good additions to an otherwise perfect stay

Relaxing ambient, friendly and 24/7 available and helpful personal, vicinity to the everything from beach, harbour, restoran ts, chill out bars with wonderful sunsets, breakfast served in front of bungalow...everything.

All was above expectations - the place, cleanness, quite area, good breakfast and stuff. It is worth to stay there in this well kept property! I evaluate 9 for continuous improvements!

I think family bungalow for 4 or 5 persons in the pictures are misleading and it is not very comfortable to stay for several days for someone on the second floor in the family bungalow due to small space. I would recommend then to book 2 separate bungalows. Luckily we could rent the second bungalow.

The staff was exceptionel. So kind and helpful. Wonderful pool and nice bungalows. We stayed there 11 days after extending our stay 4 more days. The location is amazing close to the beach were the sun sets. Many options to eat and relax by the beach.

Lucys Garden is in an excellent location on the island on the sunset side of the island. It is back off the beach about 100 - 200m, with lovely gardens and a great family room so suit our family of 5. The breakfast was just what we needed and they brought it to eat out the front of the room overlooking the pool. The room was air conditioned and basic but suited us beautifully. Very close to delicious restaurants- mama Pizza and movies were our favourites and close to a good massage place as well. Thank you for a lovely 5 night stay.

Got a little lost getting from the ferry to the accommodation. A little more lighting in the room could have helped the kids read at night.

location is great, it is 2 minutes’ walk from the most fun bars and cafes on Gili air, such as mamas pizza, mowies, gili lumbung bar. yet it is far enough for your sleep not to be disturbed by the music at night. we stayed in the double storey hut, there are 2 ac, one on each level which are really strong. we appreciate the patio to hang out, and sweet staff who brought us breakfast and offered us free coffee and tea throughout the day. swimming pool is a nice for a quick dip, and ocean is just 2 mins walk out too, making it really easy to reach the beach for a swim as well.

probably it’s the rainy season we get flies in the toilet which can be a little uncomfortable. but it is the island life and we enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Lucy’s gardens.

perfect spot. so close to the best side of the island and bars. still relaxed and quiet. good shower with hot water!!!

The bungalows are beautiful and with enough room. They have aircon and the roof is high. I didn't like that there is not much light inside and the water in the shower is not good.

not much light inside the bungalow and the pool was very dirty. The location is hidden which could be a plus but at night is dark to get there. Also you can hear the music from the bars near by

everything ! staff so friendly and attentive . place is an absolute dream. pool very nice, clean. room is 10/10 .

The only thing was that the ac could have worked better, but it cooled our room enough to sleep well. I still give a 10/10.

Good value for money, good location!

Excellent service from very friendly, helpful and considerate staff. Breakfast was top notch. Pool and grounds of the hotel are beautiful and it is close to a bunch of sunset beach bars but not so close that it's noisy late at night.

The family bungalow had very little window and was dark. The bathroom was pretty but the floor was uncomfortable to stand on because of the gravelly texture.

Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Quiet, good space in the bungalow, the AC and Wi-Fi worked great. I rented a bike for a good price. Great staff! Very nice breakfast. I highly recommend to live here when you are on this beautiful island!

The pressure in the shower wasn’t very good, air on very noisey and the lighting in the room was a bit dull

quiet secluded, however only 2min walk from the sunset and the center of all the beach bars and restaurants. great breakfast and service.

We loved staying at Lucy’s Garden. The hotel is in the perfect location - quiet but a very short walk to the beach and restaurants etc. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying.

Breakfast adequate but did vary in quality/quantity according to what you chose from the menu.

I absolutely loved it! Been there for only one night (sadly) with a friend I was travelling with. The area is really clean, offers a wonderful garden featuring a hammock, a table to sit outside and a pool. The bungalows are comfortable and the location is situated a 3 min walk away from the beach with all the lovely beach bars to watch the sunset. For breakfast you can choose between 4 options, coffee or tea, a juice or a fruit platter.

Our stay was amazing. From the beginning we were very well received by all the staff and the host was exceptional. He helped us with absolutely everything. You could feel that he loved his job and he was proud in making his guests happy. The atmosphere was super relaxed. The facilities were perhaps even beter than the pictures. The location could not be better. A few minutes walking from the harbor, 1 minute away from very nice restaurants. We would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay.

I would suggest to invest in a airco for the first floor.

Beautiful pool and garden around - clean and well maintained. perfect number of bungalows for a homely, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. Happy to advise and organise transport, trips, laundry etc. place was perfect for our young teenagers to have some freedom to come and go too. Bungalows were beautiful, beds comfy. ❤️❤️ Great location too. organised bikes through Lucy’s garden to explore the village and island. Snorkelling trip organised for us was the best one we’ve ever been on… and we’ve been on a few!

The staff at Lucy’s Garden Hotel were lovely and very helpful. They also helped us book an amazing snorkelling tour. The outside area is clean, tidy and welcoming. Lucy’s Garden Hotel is a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach with some great places to eat and watch the sunset.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel at first and I suggested that the property make additional signage. Also the call to prayer in the early mornings meant we didn’t sleep too well. Not the fault of the hotel and this would be the case all over the island.
