The hosts and cleaning staff are very friendly and the apartment is in a lovely location which is very accessible for the beach and shops. The hosts were attentive and answered queries very quickly.

Several things need to improve to reflect the price charged. 1.reception hours to collect the keys are very limited with morning hours until lunch time and only one hour offered in the afternoon between 17.00 and 18.00 2. The kitchen is POORLY EQUIPPED with not even a bottle opener or corkscrew. No tea or coffee making facilities, no kettle, no coffee pot or anything similar. 3. The hob cooker is gas not even anything to light the gas hob was provided and it did not have an automatic ignition. The gas bottle was in a cupboard switched off and we were not aware we had to switch it on ourselves as its not mains gas. 4. The hot water system is very outdated and did not provide enough hot water to shower adequately. Then if someone else wants a shower it's necessary to wait around 40 minutes.

Very reasonably priced apartment in a great location. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. We were given a late checkout with no problems.

Balcony area ,very basic apartment,decor out dated.

Location very good.Apartment very clean,could have done with a blanket for bed and kettle to make tea, had to boil water in cup in microwave.l will recommend to friends and return again myself and a friend.We ate out mostly,very cheap,then we found a supermarket nearby and cooked for ourselves.We were near the old town,which is so lovey,but did try the night life on The Strip which we loved to. Beach only a short walk away. We are so looking forward to going back to Benidorm and staying in The Astoria Apartments.

Good location, does what it says on the tin for the price point, perfect if you literally just need to get your head down to sober up and get on it again.

Sideways entrance key took forever to get in the door if you are seeing double.

Good location close to the beach had room 308 little balcony view of sea.

Quite a distance from the action , could've done with a kettle it is advertised on here as having one 🤔
