Great location and balcony overlooking the river.

Amazing apartment, high ceilings, authentic, artsy
Windows open right to the river, a few small chairs in the balcony for morning coffee
Great location in oldtown Porto, everything was basically walking distance (thought the city is hilly)
There is a mini-walking street right below, but not noisy at all
Old, but newly refurbished, all necessary amenities
Wifi did not work in the bedroom
Two of the beds are up top a level, and there is no barrier, so looks a bit dangerous
Party sounds from across the river - did not bother us (actually added to the experience), but could be an issue for light sleepers
Everything in the bathroom was great, expect the old showerhead (such a small detail, but please fix that because it takes away from the experience :) )

Million dollar view of the Douro Riverfront from the living room. Top notch location in the historic area of city. Many amazing sights, restaurants, and bars are right at your doorstep. walkable part of the city. Easy check in/check out. Staff communicates well during business hours.
Our assigned apartment was on the 4th floor, so it was 51 steps from the ground floor to the apartment, which was tough on my elderly parents. The “second bedroom” is a loft with a low ceiling and a steep ladder to access it. The kitchen has a mini-fridge, a small 2 burner stove, and super basic cooking implements. Okay for breakfast but don’t plan on cooking actual meals. A couple of the chairs were in disrepair, there was a dead seagull hanging over the edge of the roof off of the living room, the main light and fan in bathroom didn’t work, and the coffee maker isn’t working properly.

A spacious apartment in a great location, with great views of the river.
The kitchen was poorly equipped and the furnishings were chipped and of a poor quality. No local tourist information in the apartment.

Great location and exceptional view from our third floor room. Very good kitchen, comfortable bed, good bathroom and spacious at 80 sqm. Excellent continental breakfast as an option.
Being on the third floor and without a lift, we struggled with our suitcases. However, the view is amazing and worth the climb as the photo taken at night indicates.

EXCELLENT location, perfect river views on one side and the most iconically perfect medieval European street on the other. We must have taken a hundred photos. Restaurants/bars right next door. Though located in the heart of the river touristy area (we booked/boarded a river cruise literally right in front of the apartment) it was quiet at night. So much to see within easy walking distance.

Great location with amazing views looking over the river.
Would have been good to have a dust pan and brush to keep the apartment tidy and some mirrors in the bedrooms.

The location and the view could not be better. the place was large enough for us.
basic things did not seem to work. no internet while we were there ( they blamed Vodafone). hot water for showers stopped after 20 minutes. they claimed it would be available in 15-20 minutes but in my experience it took an hour and I was afraid to run out at any time. the air conditioner barely worked.

I didn't read the message from Go2Oporto so it was my fault that I didn't know how to self check-in. The fellow on the phone guided me step by step
1) The WiFi connection isn't particularly fast. Also, there are two serves: GO2OPORTO and GO2OPORTO1. The latter was faster. The former very weak. Plus, my weekend was affected by Internet connection failures.
2) The same applies to the TV that didn't work at all
3) Perhaps, a broom should be kept in the apartment

the staff was unresponsive. the reception is open only 130-6pm and if you have questions outside this time, have to wait for a long time. the dial number was never connected.

Instructions were clear
The host was not responding. The heater in the master bedroom broke the second night. I reached out to the host several times and he never responded. We had to collect all the extra blankets for warmth and be able to sleep.

Despite some construction right in front of the room, amazing location on the riverfront and 5 minutes by foot to the Hop On/Off bus stop! Restaurant adjacent was pretty good as well.

The location and view were fantastic! Close to the busy Ribeira but not in it!
Dirty pillows on sofa, worn throws, broken cabinet door, no top sheet on beds, freeze had inches of buildup ice rendering it barely usable, and no ice tray. Overall a very worn and tattered apt. But for view, would rate it much worse! The sad part is that it would not cost much to make it a great property!

Excellent location, clean and spacious apartment in a safe area. Superb views from the living room and balcony. I would definitely book it again in the future.

Our host was really understanding about our arrival time and was looking for us as we arrived. He also showed us around the apartment and explained everything. He was really friendly

the bathroom needs a deep clean and touch up. the toilet seat needs to absolutely be replaced it
is disgusting.

He also took the time to explain us the city and his restaurant recomandations were excellent. Many thanks for the help.
It was also easy for the departure, we heft our luggage there until afternoon. Everything was made to be simple for us.
One of the rooms was not too big, but for 2 days was ok as it have a window to the main room.

it’s in the most amazing location both for convenience and the view! good facilities in the apartment and was very quiet apart from the seagulls!
it’s a little bit run down in places such as the unit in the bathroom with peeling and scratched veneer. also could have done with washing up cloth and dish towel.

The flat was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and the views amazing
Beds were not very suitable for tall people in the 2 floor flat. I am 1'85 and I had to sleep criss cross.

We loved staying in this spacious apartment. The location was amazing overlooking the river. Bruno is an incredible host. Very kind and patient answering our queries. He organised our taxis and gave great recommendations for restaurants.

the location is fantastic, right on the river overlooking the famous bridge. very close to great restaurants and bars
the 2nd bedroom is a mezzanine so you need to be able to climb a ladder carrying a suitcase. it may not be suitable for older people.
I think a few touches like leaving some milk and coffee pods ( it’s a Portuguese machine so you can’t bring your own) would have been a nice touch, especially if you are arriving late.

Bruno, our host gave us amazing recommendations - where to eat, what's not touristy, where to get good deals. We really appreciated his willingnesss to show us what's good. The apartment is in a gorgeous location and very clean.
The bed was really hard so we ended up just sleeping in the living room.

The location is amazing. View from the balcony is stunning. Enjoyed watching the river activity with a sundowner.
We had an issue with the shower which wasn’t resolved during our stay
