The staff were very friendly. I was feeling peckish and they very kindly supplied me with a very tasty pizza.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Helpful staff members. They offered gluten-free alternatives. Great location as a base to go and see Wales. Walking distance to a few different fast food places.
There weren't enough tea bags or milk in the room. I couldn't find the instructions for the heater, so it was too hot some of the time and also too cold, I couldn't get the temperature just right.

To see the dustbins on exit when driving away. Could be kept behind a fences discreetly.

Very clean rooms, comfortable and modern.
We could hear the noise from the road until around 2am. But to be fair, we live with fields around us at home, so not used to traffic noise.

Excellent value, rooms clean and comfortable, kitted out well. Breakfast was better then expected.
Eating/Bar area looks like an after thought, very small, no atmosphere.

Bed was extremely comfy and check in/out were straight forward.
Bathroom needs updating - shower curtain does not work!

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room lovely, bright and clean.
The surrounding area was very scruffy and covered in litter from the local takeaways. Shame really because it gives the hotel a run down appearance

Good value for money. Handy location for my work. Perfect for a stopover on a business trip.
Laptop wouldn't connect to WIFI but phone did. Probably my error. Breakfast things were packed away quickly.
