The location was superb

very clean, very big room, there was a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, chocolate, tea and coffee etc all ready at the property. Igor was very accommodating and informative, he responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful our entire stay. it is also in an excellent location.

Location was very nice, close to everything. The host is a very nice lady who will help you with anything. Breakfast is good value. Netflix on the rooms are a nice to have.

Missed a place to dry clothes and towels.

Location is convenient as it's inside the Old Town of Split, walking distance from main restaurants and attractions. Property manager helped us the first day to replace a broken baby crib by purchasing a new one. The property manager gave us good recommendations about restaurants and beaches.

No one showed up for the check-in process; we were only informed by a WhatsApp message close to the time of check-in about this. The room was sold to travelers online as a luxury apartment in a 4-star boutique hotel; however, the reality was quite different for us. It is neither a 4-star property nor a hotel. It is a room in an old building with no facilities nor services. The furniture and overall state of the room are quite run down and not maintained (shower with broken door and showerhead holder; sofa had holes in it; no cleaning services provided; flies and cockroaches in the bathroom). On top of that, the noise at night made it very hard for us to sleep properly even with earplugs due to the loud tourists constantly shouting in the street next to us. We decided to change hotels after 3 nights as we were not getting any sleep (we were only reimbursed 25% of the nights that we did not use). Even though we agreed on a check-out time with the property manager, no one showed up (we had to call them to remind them). In short, for the amount of money we paid, we could have gotten a much better stay elsewhere.

The most amazing location, right in the heart of the beautiful old town. Super central but still quiet at night. Felt like we had our own apartment, very well furnished & equipped. Amazing views out the windows onto main streets & big comfy bed, great aircon, fridge, coffee machine etc. Couldn’t have been nicer!

Couldn’t get the lovely big TV with Netflix on it to work, but we didn’t flag this with management who I’m sure would have fixed it.

The host was wonderful and helpful; the apartments are very clean and located right in the city center;

You could hear the other guests very well; the bathroom is really small - difficult to use the toilett; if you come by car, ask the owner about the adress of the parking venue, otherwise GPS will direct you to the wrong side of the hotel and you will have to drive 20minutes extra

Set right in the heart of Old Town Split, the location was perfect! Surrounded by restaurants, bars and beautiful paths to walk, we really enjoyed our night here and would 100% stay here again. We would also like to thank Neli for her help before and during our stay with recommendations on transport and places to eat.

It was excellent stay in Sprit by great support by all staffs. All staffs are very kindly welcomed our visit and immediate support by phone.

It was a bit noisy until mid-night because of central location.

The hosts Nicole and Neli were amazing. They were super friendly, helped us carrying the luggages up the stairs, organized a nice and cheap airport shuttle for us and gave us recommendations how to walk to the nicest beach in the area. Thank you for everything. Also the room was really nice, big, nice bathroom and quiet in the night. The breaksfast in a little restaurant nearby was amazing and the location was central and in a nice area.

Neli and Nicole was very kind and helpful, bed was comfortable, it is very close to everything. Our room was a little bit smaller than we thought, that is might be not so comfortable for a taller person (it was at the 4th floor,the top of the building, might be another rooms are not small) Klima was very helpful in these hot days, the room was cold enough to have a rest arriving back from a long summer day. :) We can only recommend it!

Best substitute for pricey hotel rooms in Split! Everything looks just like in the pictures and is perfectly clean. The breakfast place is just around the corner and serves various choices of food like chia puddings, eggburgers, avocado toast, american pancakes... What's also good to mention is that Tri lava can be zero contact accomodation if you wish, because you enter your room with the entrance code and don't need to wait for your host to let you in. Air conditioning is great and wi-fi connection very strong. Towels, toiletries, free coffee and tea included.

This is a lovely little house in the middle of Split city. The location is perfect…you can go everywhere by foot! Although it‘s in the center we could sleep perfectly…not too noisy! Lots to eat in the neighborhood and supermarkets right on the same street! We would definitely come back!!!
