We had an issue with some construction noise and we lost hot water for a day.
They were very accommodating and gave us a slight discount

The welcome (they went the extra mile to accommodate my pre-arrival requests), the room, the restaurant(s) and it’s location.
Paying EUR13 for a (poor) cappuccino after lunch - drank Americano after that (the coffee itself wasn’t bad when I eventuality found it under half a (small) cup of foam!).

Location. Ambience. Very polite staff.
We had to wait for a free table for breakfast. Limited number of tables for the rush hour.
As I said, staff is very professional and polite. BUT, not very well trained and organized: some of them forget or just disappear.
Most of the rooms view to the inner court.

Hotel is very clean and staff specially in Reception is very polite and cooperative . food are amazing there is 2 restaurant in the hotel and wide range of french wine and french food are amazing .
special thank to Mr.Alberto in Reception and Nicolas in restaurant we enjoyed Park Hayatt Paris and next time of curse we will stay there again .

The location was great.PUR restaurant
The spa therapist. The breakfast is not worth €50, poor selection of food and not very tasty. considering you have the amazing PUR restaurant at the same location. Beds are not comfortable and rooms just not that warm. Not 5 star room quality more like 3 star.
