Amazing location. Great set-up. Beautiful apartment.
Hot water in kitchen and en-suite bathroom with spa bath was lukewarm. Was not able to enjoy the spa bath amenity.
Had to use the bathroom/shower on mezzanine level(guest room).

Miscommunication about access to apartment. Sick friend had to book elsewhere as couldnt climb ridiculously steep 25 stairs.
Receptionist and owner extremely unhelpful and kept saying cant help because you booked through booking.com and told it was our fault for booking the apartment as all 2 bedrooms are on top level. Kept saying our fault no email proof cancer patient had to be on easy access level...

Excellent location, walking distance to both the Jetty & the centre of town. Kitchenette facilities were handy & the room was large! Staff were friendly too. Wifi worked really well & was fast.
Bed was quite small & very squeaky!

Rezeptionshäuschen lässt nichts Gutes ahnen. Das Arbeitsbereich sieht ziemlich ramponiert aus. Die Tiefgarage ist für moderne Fahrzeuge zu klein. Sämtliches Möbel im Wohnbereich des Zimmers alt, mit starken Verbrauchsspuren. Couch und Sessel- eine Zumutung. Die Küche ist alt, das Besteck billig, abgenutzt, kein Schneiderbrettchen, kein Toaster. Das Schlafzimmer wäre ok, allerdings ist der Matratzenschoner zu klein und fleckig, als Bettdecke ein altes, dünnes Wolldeckchen, auch mit ein paar Flecken. Ganz ehrlich, unser Hund hat besseres. Spa Badewanne haben wir nicht benutzt, da die Düsen schon stark vergilbt und abgenutzt waren. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Well appointed room, very clean and comfortable. An amazing room for a basic motel room and inexpensive.
Very friendly helpful staff. Location was also great for walking to attractions.
Maybe lines for car parking space.

Our room was an adjoining one on both sides, which noise from other units easily came into our room.

needed a coffee table. lots of stairs from car park were difficult. would have preferred solid doors separating the bedroom from the main living room for sound and privacy reasons

Great location, nice property, very good facilities
Sound carries between the rooms so we were woken around 4:30 every morning by the screaming kids on either side of us.

opposite beach and jetty, coffee shop just outside the property
a bit dusty, dirty exhaust stove and most was still left over mt franklin next to fridge

Loved waking up to the sound of waves and the breeze moving the curtains. The office ladies were brilliant with wonderful humour. We also were given a free upgrade.
Underground parking was tight, but there were other parking areas that were accessible.

The view.
The stairs/ steps to our building were steep and slippery when water from adjoining air con dripped on it. Walls very thin and crying baby next door for 2 of the 3 nights.
