Micul dejun a fost excelent, parcarea gratuita, personalul a fost ok, dar nu merita banii.

Dupa cateva ore de la rezervare, am primit un mesaj prin care eram anuntati ca nu vom avea acces la spa, deoarece acesta este in mentenanță. Ok, am zis ca se mai intampla... Menajera a ales sa puna o fata de perna, rupta in mai multe locuri si prosoape jerpelite. Eu înțeleg faptul ca se uzează in timp, dar nici chiar asa! M-am gandit ca nu a dat atentie foarte mare atunci cand a pus lenjeria si a doua zi am lasat perna in capatul opus, pe colt ca sa se vada ca este o problema, dar fara rezultat. Nu a schimbat fata de perna... Am dat si eu mesaj prin care am anuntat ca exista aceasta problema cu rupturile fetei de perna, dar se pare ca ei folosesc acest chat doar pt a informa clientii, nu si viceversa. Este posibil sa nu revin la acest hotel care are probleme pe care nu le au hotelurile de 2 stele.

I like the location and the room was very nice

I was informed 8pm the night before our check in that the spa was closed for the entirety of our stay, and there was no option to refund or cancel - despite this being the only reason we booked this hotel. Very disappointed we should have been told at booking if this is something planned yearly. Also when attending breakfast if you attend later in the morning like 9:30 as we did the staff are packing up the tables, food, are not as friendly to serve and you feel very rushed.

the breakfast was full and we had to move to another location, the range of food was smaller and the service in that room a bit poor

Am rezervat hotelul pentru SPA, dar SPA nu lucra și nu am fost informați în timpul alegerii hotelului. Tineam minte ca au un dejun extraordinar, dar sala era plina și ne-au condus in o alta sala mai mica cu un dejun foarte sarac. De data aceasta nu și-a meritat banii. Uite așa dezamăgești clienții loiali.

Établissement très bien placé à proximité d'un centre commercial avec supermarché. Belle grande chambre avec possibilité d'avoir vu sur le palais culturel. Chausson de chambre fourni par l'établissement. Salle de sport standard avec espace de détente inclus dans le prix ainsi que le petit déjeuner le matin avec un vaste choix de produit sucré et salé. Service de restauration existant au besoin.

La température de la chambre ne peut pas descendre en dessous 20°C lors de mon séjour.

It’s an excellent hotel above of any expectation!!! Staff is working as a one team, one family. Very nice breakfasts are served at a very beautiful area with a Palas view !!! We stayed at the hotel in Iaşi only because our planed trip to another destination was canceled, but we were so happy that stayed 4 nights instead 1 .
