Good stay very clean and comfortable

Booking.com never informed us about construction work going on. I feel booking.com failed us.

Location was perfect.. Nice sized room. liked the table & chairs in the bay window.

Superior family suite.. When u pull both beds out you can't walk past to bathroom or door . U have to climb over the beds & is very awkward when u fill the kettle & have to climb over the bed with it. I have a severe back problem so found this very awkward. Room needs re-arranging.. I'd be happy to give ideas. Cheap dodgy toilet seat needs replacing.. & the lid don't stay up.

We stayed for a night as we were going to a local festival . On arrival.we were given vouchers for a free breakfast as there was scaffolding outside the room. This was a lovely thoughtful touch even tho the scaffolding when we got into the room didn't completely spoil the sea view. Staff were friendly, helpful and worked really hard. The room was spacious , well decorated and the perfect temperature,. This is the second wetherspoons hotel we have stayed in , and we have been equally impressed with both. We would definitely have a stop here again.

Didn’t like nothing got there and cancelled it because wasn’t informed of the work that was being done scaffolding everywhere no sea view no view at all very poor communication on your behalf

Room was comfortable, location on seafront was great parked the car and walked everywhere. Breakfast was Weatherspoons usual value. The room was quiet, being over the pub I expected a little noise but it was perfect for an early night. Will be using weatherspoons hotels again.

The room was really spacious and clean along with a seafront view. Breakfast was good and the location was brilliant.

There were not enough bar staff on duty meaning you had to wait to order food and drinks.Because of this the tables were not cleared very quickiy.

The food was cold,when my food arrived,the chips had come off the plate on to a filthy tray that had had drink spillage on,the waitress picked the chips up and put them back on the plate,needless to say,the food went back. The time we waited fir the food and drinks ordered via the app,was a very long time voming to the table The lift wasn't working,although I got to be honest,the manager did ring me before hand to let me know Some rude staff,the tables wasn't cleaned once people had left The whole hotel could do with being updated We paid for 4 rooms at £188.00 for each room,no breakfast included. Would we go back?DEFINITELY NOT

Lovely big comfortable room as expected for what we paid. Friendly staff and manager on checking in.

Seemed to be shorter staffed than our previous stays. The shower curtain didn't reach the tap end of the bath so we were paddling when getting out of the shower.

ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY A WETHERSPOONS HOTEL.SO GLAD I DID.ROOM WAS HUGE LOVELY BIG ROOM WITH SEA VIEW AND BALCONY.HUGE BED.LOVELY AND WARM ROOM.THEN OBVIOUSLY CANT GO WRONG WITH WETHERSPOONS BREAKFAST. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Super room with view of sea/beach. Very convenient location for all the Weston Super Mare has to offer. Unfortunately parking presented a problem. Wetherspoons on site useful.

Booking price disparity between booking.com and others. Have to wait two hours before check in because I booked using booking.com or £20 payment was required

we liked the location of the property the bathroom was modern

there were cracks in the walls, a strong draft coming from the window, stains on the walls, the pillows did not smell clean nor fresh and upon inspection were yellowing on the inside. The property was very loud in general, we could hear every move the above residents made.

was told I couldn’t check in until 4 but all Wetherspoon customers who had booked direct could check in at 2 which made us feel like we was not as valued as we were with booking.com also got the ground floor room next to reception with no windows that opened on a hot day never again
