Das Personal immer freundlich, das Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Die kostenlose Infrarot Wärmekabine war sehr angenehm zum Entspannen. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts, es wurde immer wieder ausgefüllt. Die Betten waren super bequem. Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen zum Markt und ins Stadtzentrum.

Von der Tanzveranstalltung am Samstag haben wir wenig mitbekommen. Da waren die Gespräche der Gäste auf der Straße lauter.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre-szwedzki bufet na poziomie. Wifi w obiekcie działa, aż miło. Łazienka duża, prysznic rewelacyjny. Codzienna wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie. Trochę mało gniazdek- radzę wozić ze sobą przedłużacz :) Winda w obiekcie- to przy walizkach zaleta. Restauracja nawet niezła- z zaskoczeniem

Za obslugę tej rezerwacji Bookingowi nie należą się słowa uznania. Najpierw zarezerwowałem pokój zwykły, następnie zgodnie z propozycją Bookinga zmieniłem za dopłata na superior - miał być większy z tarasem itd. Niestety Booking nie ma pojęcia co właściciele mają w ofercie - już po przyjeździe okazało się, że tego lepszego pokoju nie ma, musiałem wziąć wersję poprzednią/dostępną. No i co z tego , że oddano mi różnicę w postaci możliwości skorzystania z restauracji? Kontakt niby był, a o najważniejszym - niedostępnym pokoju- Booking mnie nie poinformował

The building architecture is beautiful and has been maintained well over the years. In general the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ate dinner at El Graso restaurant in the town square at the recommendation of the staff and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had (carbonara flavor).

I woke up at 2:30am because a cockroach was crawling down my arm — eek. I also found a dead one on the carpet. When I was checking out I alerted the staff about the issue. Hopefully they will eliminate the problem with pest control and it will be a one time occurrence as I didn’t see any other reviews mention pest issues. It was a pity because I absolutely loved everything else about my stay.

The service in the hotel is of a high standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very, very clean, and nicely decorated and equipped with the necessary furniture and luxury. The breakfast was very delicious, and quite extensive. Definitely one of the most fresh breakfasts I've ever had. Big compliments to the staff and the owner.

Disco party on the ground floor on Friday and Saturday nights. Not easy to get asleep

I was extremely disappointed with this property. I booked a room for my parents who spent more than 18 hours on the way. First of the hotel itself looks like a brothel with a noisy party, hundred high and drunk people smoking inside. My parents couldn’t find even the reception to check in. So the only person who could help them was the bartender. They showed him the confirmation of reservation and payment, he checked with a lady if he can check them in but she denied so they refused to check in them. Seems like she was deciding who can stay there and how much it will cost. I’m personally working in the hotel and never faced such situations before. This hotel shouldn’t be even shown up on booking.com or any other websites, they have their own clients and own rules. Don’t waste your time and money!
