The banquet halls which are let out yo other customers have loud music which is of great inconvenience to In house guests , even in their rooms.
The Hotel staff have no concern for the same.
Secondly when you order In room dining… the staff insists one to pay upfront , even if the guest is sleeping! They can simply charge advance in the Beginning of check in process and not disturb the resting guest.

they were banging and doing maintenance in till late at night. I had to call at 12pm to ask them to stop

Not applicable... But still a suggestion.. If you have a celebrity let the occupants have a chance to meet or see them while you honor them on a special occasion. Or honor the guest and inform the rppms the time of honor... I happen to see the international women cricketer, lead bowler..
