The property is conveniently located in town. Short walk to the Pioneer Settlement. Clean pool and efficient air conditioner appreciated on a hot afternoon. The room is very basic but comfortable enough for an overnight stay.

The room is old and small

We loved the 'new' refurbished room. Everything we needed was there. The room was very fresh and clean. It was so nice to come into a cool room ready after a long drive.. Value was great. We would definitely recommend it and stay again. Excellent position.

Everything was fine. The room was compact but had all we needed. There could be hooks near the shower to hang towels in the bathroom. The bed was not too bad, just comfortable. The pillows were extremely soft and not supportive. I wouldn't really say it's a romantic spot but plenty of romantic things to do in Swan Hill.

Nobody to meet and greet. Overpriced, we have stayed in much better accommodation for less. No shade or garden. Pretty plain.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I mentioned it was my first trip back to my hometown for 30 years and they were interested and welcoming. We arrived late in the evening and access to our keys was excellent. They offered us an upgrade next visit! Lets hope it is not so long next time!

I didn't like that we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities more as we were only there overnight.

Our room was in serious need of renovation and refurbishment, wifi was impossible to connect to. Overpriced for the current standard of accommodation.
