Le grand parking
Le concept de l’hôtel, une borne et pas de personnel pour nous accueillir, les accès aux chambres depuis l’extérieur, beaucoup de passage sur le corridor, donc devant notre fenêtre.
La chambre n’est pas très grande.
Des bruits réguliers jusqu’à minuit, on aurait dit des travaux…
Une salle de bain d’une autre époque et pas en bonne état.

Room/bed was comfortable and all I needed for a sleep before an early morning ferry
Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a drink before I left at 4am as hotel desk was not open.
Good lighting in carpark
Outside of hotel is not very appealing but inside is good.

Very convenient for ferry. Self check in. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Parking nearby and a walk in shower.

Comfortable stay and convenient for the ferry.
The automtic check-in when reception is closed. We had difficulty with accessing our room, and had to ring for assistance. Iinstructions could have been clearer, and should have been duplicated on a notice in English, and maybe in German also to help people who might not understand the technical language involved.

location ideal as an overnight stay en route. The breakfast was just right before our on going drive. 100% orange juice made it!

easy to find and convenient location for travelling onwards, accessible despite a really late arrival
uncomfortable pillows, not thick enough and only 1 per person so woke up with a sore neck

Comfortable, functional room, and the kids loved the mezzanine! Breakfast was nice, and it was easy to find after getting off a late ferry.
The floor wasn't as clean as it looked (our socks ended up black!) and the area with the check-in machine could do with better lighting.

Friendly reception staff, spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast made for a great stay. Requests for quite room and rooms together where also met. Would recommend.

Floors dirty, room smelled of smoke kids beds up an ridiculously steep set of stairs on a balcony mezzanine. it felt very unsafe.

The bed was comfortable. It was a small and basic room but there was plenty of parking - fine for just passing through.
No staff on reception meant reliance on technology to check-in.

Very easy from dieppe ferry port, free parking and check in on computer was easy to follow and retrieve room door code.
The stairs were too steep for our 5 & 6yr old to come down safely.

Lovely shower. V quiet room with car just outside. Needed to leave early for ferry and gate was open

They were going at it all night for 3 hours. :-( she was way too loud.
