It is a huge, beautiful and facility rich property.

I arrived at 11 am from a red eye flight. Can totally understand and respect the check in time of 3 pm. However, even at 4 pm, I was told the hotel is full and coz earlier guests checked out late, I had to wait another hour. To me, this is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel for not honouring its commitment to guests. That said, this unpleasant experience was eradicated by the outstanding and prompt action of Ms Jasmine Park who after hearing the issue from me, immediately gave me an upgraded room. I was not prepared to accept an upgrade because the purpose of my feedback was for the hotel to improve and not to be upgraded. Nonetheless, Jasmine was really empathetic and insisted I have the upgraded room so I can be checked in immediately. This to be is the epitome of outstanding service which fully mitigated the unpleasant check in experience.

This was the wrong type of property for me personally. It’s also just very busy. I was not expecting to have to wait in line or buy food or drink just to sit in some of the lobby. Of course the views were amazing! And the staff super helpful. It’s also very scented in the lobby hotel which is hard for people with chemical sensitivities.

Best views in the city. Wonderful, polite and professional staff.

We're not thrilled with nearby Itaewon, but Namsan is the best. And there are plenty of great restaurants in other gus nearby.

체크아웃하고 나올때 발렛 서비스가 모텔보다 형편없었다 짐도 안들어주고 bmw7시리즈 차인데 차문이 안닫혀서 적잖이 당황했다 아무리 집에와서 눌러봐도 뭘 어떻게 한건지 차고장난줄알고 땀흘리는걸 발레하는놈이 지켜보고만 있더라

梨泰院駅からタクシーで5分、緑豊かな南山の山頂にある静かなホテルです。梨泰院周辺の喧騒からはまるで別世界。ソウルを一望する素晴らしい景色を堪能しました。ホテルのスタッフはきれいな英語で分かりやすかったし、とってもフレンドリーでした。

2日目、お部屋のお掃除はちゃんとしてあったのですが、タオル類が補充されてませんでした。あと部屋のトイレにウオシュレットが付いてないのも残念でした。

Отличное Местоположение, прекрасный вид из номера, black out занавес, опускающийся с кнопки.

Немного устаревший номерной фонд, была сломана пробка в раковине, пришлось постараться, чтобы подцепить и вытащить ее из раковины.

Best location in Seoul, easy to park a car

Even after the check in time, 3pm, they have no room available. In room restroom, the sink was dirty, far below expectations.

Everything at the Grand Hyatt was exceptional, the elegance and size of the room, extremely comfortable bed, fantastic facilities and efficient and kind assistance from staff - at the reception - especially - Evelyn and Sally and at the Bell Captain desk - Peter - they were attentive, kind and their English is excellent. Will most certainly return.

*Location was great. Itewon town is great places to eat and have fun. There is a big park and you coukd hike to the N Seoul Tower too. *It's clean everywhere which was great except we found food under the sofa when we moved it. *Staffs are lovely and very helpfull. *Live music at the lounge and a bar downstars at night was so lovely. *We enjoyed swimming with children and had some lunch and drinks around which was very nice thing to do as well as sightseeing. *The view from our room was excellent! We could see the N Seoul tower clearly and enjoyed the night view too.

It might not avoidable around check out time on Sundays but I had to wait for 15 mins to get a lift and there were a queues on each floor. I think there should be more lift for such a big hotel. Breakfast was good enough but definetely not for that price. I've been some other hotels which are three or four stars who provided more choices with much less prices.

It’s a high level typical western style Hotel . No surprises in the quality

The hotel was far away from public transportation system, taxis to find isn’t so easy in Seoul downtown

Staff were excellent in helping out with a medical emergency that could have derailed the vacation.
