Very good food and entertainment for kids.
Outside seating area of the main area allows smoking, meaning you will end up with a lot of smokers around while trying to enjoy breakfast. Bed quality can be improved as mattresses a hard rock to sleep on.

I thank the KAYA BELEK establishment for having upgraded my room with a sea&pool view at no additional cost.

We have arrived and received very nice surprise upgrade of our room for free by Customer relations people (Thank you Mr. Serkan). Room was very spacious with perfect view from balcony. All the necessities that you would expect in hotel are there. Beds sheets and towels were changed regularly. Furniture is little on old side, but nothing crucial.
Stuff was excellent, they do everything to make your stay more comfortable. It is absolutely possible to never leave the hotel, there are small shops, SPA, Gym, huge territory, very nice beach, shows, food, everything.
Food and bar: There is probably 30 minutes in all 24 hours when you can't find food. Rest of the time there is food somewhere. Food is good, bar works 24hr
There are number of pools in the hotel territory but we never used them so no comments.
Elevators - always busy especially during meal times
Getting towels for the beach - only one place in the hotel, it would be nice if there was also tower place near the beach

I enjoyed staying at Kaya Belek with my family. The staff was helpful and solved any issue we had quickly. Rooms and entire facilities were clean and organized. I liked the quality and variety of the buffet. However, there is room to improve the drinks and bartender skills.
The hotel is located in a peaceful area and you merely hear any noises. However, the hotel decided to renovate the suites around us completely. We woke up by loud noises comes from floor changing work. They changed our suite when we asked for but it would be nice to give a notice to the guests first when a construction work is planned.

location. service meets the 5 star rating. the variety of foods is simply the best. Clearly the hotel targets families as most of its activities and facilities are family oriented. I would strongly recommend the water slides for kids and indoor swimming pool. The kids will be very happy. staff are very welcoming and helpful even thought not all of them speak good English. A must visit place is the Spa rooms - worth every penny!
the hotel does require refurbishing. it must have been one of the best 30 years ago, but now it is a bit dated. but don’t let this put you off, as I said the service and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel territory makes up for it! Apple juice did feel like diluted with water, but Cherry juice is spot on)))

Travelled with 21 month old baby and felt safe, comfortable and very welcome. The food was great, loved the entertainment and staff was very helpful.

exceptionally poor Wi-Fi. in this day an age, nor appropriate for such a high class and expensive facility with no access to television

Hotel catering was very good especially provision of drinks and snacks for supper till late. Prompt service to customer concerns was reall helpful.
Room cleaning was not very thorough and sea food was limited - prawns, shrimps etc missing.
