the stunning location and views make this property. we had a fantastic sea view and huge balcony which was great. The open views around the pool were great.

the food was poor. if we had been expecting high quality meals it would have been a major concern, but we knew for the price not to expect too much (it made sense to add AI in for our family of 5 for the drinks etc as the difference was small). but food very disappointing - sone of the meats were inedible - rock hard and felt like they had been made hours ago. staff in the restaurant part not very friendly either. Also the second beds in living areas were very firm - we used blankets under the sheets to make it softer for our children.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating and made sure everyone had a nice experience on their holiday. It's a very relaxed resort (which we liked very much) with a good local food and drinks offer. All the food during our stay here met or exceed our expectations. The room was spacious and very clean and had a nice balcony with views of the town and the sea.

The resort is on a hill so if you don't have a car, you'll be burning calories everytime you go into town. It's not a big distance or issue, but it's good to know if you have mobility issues. The bathroom in our room could be updated with new fixtures, but again, it wasn't a big issue when you take into account the price and the cleanliness of the property.

Very good value. Decent beds. Great location for young people. 5 min to the strip. Great swimming pool.

Sleeping bed was the worst, no padding at all. The tap had very low water pressure. The air-conditioner couldn't reach the second floor so it was very hot upstairs. The toiletroll was unreachable. Beer was disgusting and the barpeople are extremely slow.

Only good things were the Bar tender (Giorgio) and the location, the place were located in a good spot.

The room was not cleaned the first day and they cleaned it at very strange hours (late afternoon). The shower was terrible and it leaked water everywhere every time we used it. The room was very very hot so we had to pay for AC (how is it possible that you have to pay AC during summer when it’s 35 degrees). The toilet some times just stopped flushing. The food and the buffet were very poor, we had all inclusive but because of the little amount of customers they cooked just a few poor things. All inclusive doesn’t include much (snacks were just popcorn and mini sandwiches, which were clearly there from many days and drinks were very very limited). The staff doesn’t speak very good English, sometimes it was difficult to interact with them. The pool was not clean and the filter wasn’t really working, after every time we went there we had blue feet and blue skin. An absolute minus was the Wi-Fi, it worked for the first day and then just stopped working without any explanations. I would never recommend the all inclusive formula, it is totally not worth the money and you don’t have a good service. I would prefer to pay just the breakfast and eat outside for the other meals.

I have to say the staff are nice and easy to talk to so no problems there at all. My problem is i booked a room based on the photos of the bedroom and i was expecting to get exactly what i paid for, but i sadly did not. There is a smell coming from the bathroom, there was 1 sheet covering the matress, 1 pillow each and that was it, looked nothing like the room i paid for and requested. Aircon is 5 euro extra oer day, and not 1 single plug/ socket was working in the room, so couldnt charge electrical devices. In the morning there is no electricity and no water, I asked about this and was told this in normal routine and that happens every day/ morning. So cant use a toilet, cant wash before breakfast, cant have a coffee, cant brush teeth... so we quickly checked out. The pool could really do with being cleaned. By no means am i trying to put tye staff down with this review, they can only do what there allowed to do. But sadly the facts are the facts.
