It’s just right at the city centre. Very accessible.

Lovely bed in the Queen room
No electric kettle in the Queen room - though booking did list there'd be one.
TV didn't work in the twin room

The guy working was friendly and awesome. The location is top notch as long as you have earplugs!
We'd booked a 4 person mixed dorm but we were lumped into a weird 5 person room

Friendly staff especially Marissa!!!!!!. Location was perfect!!! She was so helpful and very personable.....w all guests.
Stairs. My 21kg suitcase was only carried up once. Obviously. And down once. It was dangerous.

Hostel in the downtown area, however as it was a Sunday, parking was free and also there was no loud music from the bar next door, 😊 The female only dorm was clean with en suite facilities
The kitchen was a little untidy, but I'm sure this is the fault of some of the guests, who don't follow rules. Eat up & clean up after you.

Customer service was brilliant! Lovely lady waited for us on our late arrival. Convenient location and everything we needed including air con.

Friendly helpful staff made us feel welcome. The other guests were also friendly and it felt like a great family atmosphere.
Flushing the toilet was a challenge since it's quite old.

The singing at the karaoke was terrible 😂 it wasn't too loud but you're made aware of that before staying.
