Great location and very spacious apartment for the price.
The bathroom could do with a little modernisation, and whilst not dirty, it had the feeling of being quite shabby. The rest of the apartment was very nicely renovated but the bathroom definitely let it down. Whilst the apartment was in general very quiet, there were times of the night that you could hear a lot of noise from other apartments so felt like walls were pretty thin (e.g one night someon repeatedly rang one apartments bell very late and you could hear it as if it was in your own )

Location was central
Room was NOT CLEAN! Dirty floors, hairs in the bathroom, bugs in the sink and a cockroach on the floor.
We asked host for cleaning - they sent a "cleaner" - room was still not clean after that!
Furthermore, walls are made of glass (with curtians) for most of the apartment - which means A LOT of noise from the outside will be heard inside.

Host Carmen was very responsive and helpful. The location was also great - very central and safe but also quiet at night! The price for this location was one of the best I found. The couch and bed were both comfy for sleeping.
The facilities and room were older and more worn than the pictures would lead you to believe. It wasn't a problem - everything worked as they should but the building was clearly very old and a bit musty. In addition, there were lots of large cockroaches in the apartment complex and a few just on the the doorframe of my apartment - I didn't see any in the apartment itself but if you're a bit sensitive to large (4-5 cm) insects, you might want to stay somewhere else. I closed the windows immediately to keep them from getting in.

Location was great and in a quiet area. A 10 or 15 min walk to the cathedral, close to the shopping street.
Check in process was easy. The appartment was clean, nice and comfy. Good size.
Shower was a bit uncomfortable and tended to flood.
Also a fee noisy hen dos in the building really loud coming back from partying.

Easy check-in. Double keys available. Excellent location close to the center for visits and the excellent alameida de Hercules for restaurants and night outs.
The room being on the ground floor was pretty dark, though for a short 1-2 nights stay that's fine but not for longer.

Lovely room. Clean and nicely decorated. Close to a cafe and a bar. Central to shopping and a short walk to tourist attractions.

the bed was comfy, and the location was great.
also, the host prepared some facilities was our little kids which we were really surprised, such as some toys, and a baby chair
the apartment had some defects such as massive wetness in the ceiling, and the doors shape was really bad.
