Location
Single mattresses past their used by date, not sure if the room got cleaned, bed weren't made up while we were out.insect screen were torn, noise from next door and people talk outside

Location was great, easy to access from main road. Had a great stay for the one night stay over. Room was very comfortable and spacious enough for the family.
Bathroom was a little small.

Property was central and had everything needed for the stay. Water was very hot and instant.
Walls must be quite thin as you could hear other people coughing etc.

After a long drive it was good to get our heads down and it was clean and comfortable.
Loads of police Officers were staying there drinking in the car park and were loud

that we had to park outside and it was pouring rain kuds got wet. if there was a parking spot. would of been perfect. we had to run things in back and forth to the street. so that’s the only bad thing no parking

Family friendly - 10/10 for a one night stay on a road trip . great location next to the highway to hit the road easily . Also a good place to see Coffs beaches and town while we were there. the family room has 2 bedrooms both with TV for a break from each other after a long drive.
I only say this because I have a family of 5- including 3 teenage boys; a second toilet in the family room would have been ideal. 😉

The property was clean and comfortable. In a convenient location.
The walls are very thin. Our neighbour had a shower at 12:30am and the pipes are very loud. He then watched tv until 2:30am, we could hear everything. we were exhausted after an 8 hour drive, then getting up for another big 8 hour day with little sleep was disappointing.

the location & how the rooms were serviced daily
the car park at no fault to the property rather other visitors with trailers using 2 car spaces filling the car park so we had to park on the street. they should have been charged extra for doing this
