Modern, clean, spacious, fantastic location

Great location. Simona was very nice and easy check in process.

Not quite as clean as I had hoped, and one night our electricity wasn’t working because of the water heater, so we had to wait for door man to come and fix it late at night.

Everything was amazing. we had an incredible time.

The apartment was perfect, with large bedrooms and bathrooms and an airy and spacious living room. It was perfectly located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of all the main sights.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Our host, Simona was lovely and helped us greatly with trying to get us tickets; booking taxi's and recommending places to go and see / eat. Wonderful place to stay and within walking distance (a good/pleasant walk) to many of the top attractions.

Nice apartment on a great location: all the best tourist spots are within walking distance from here. Supermarket and bus stop around the corner. The apartment really has everything you need for a short stay: well furnished kitchen, large closet and even a small washing machine. Simona is a lovely host who responds promptly to messages and makes sure you have everything you need. Airconditioning works a dream, which is a huge advantage if you are travelling in July.

Hygiene could have been better: especially the fridge needs a good cleaning. There’s not a lot of natural light on the apartment- which is not really a problem in summer as you will keep the sun out anyway. But it probably gets a bit dark in winter. The view is nog great either: an internal patio filled with garbage.

Simona was very helpful and helped to arrange a taxi from the airport to the apartment. Check in was easy and there was a helpful folder with information for our stay in Rome. Situation was excellent and we could walk to most attractions very easily. It was great to have aircon in summer as it was very hot in Rome when we were there. We enjoyed our stay in Rome Holiday Home.

Shower didn't drain very well. Only 3 wine glasses.

Simona Rossi is an amazing host.

The Italian blanket style simply does not fit the German expectations. All of my friends complained, that they did not sleep well because of the Italian style of the blankets. I strongly recommend to invest in de duvets, quilts, eiderdowns.

Perfect location! Clean and comfortable!

The location is perfect, near Pizza Navona and real close to the Vatican / Basilique St Pierre !! Simona is a real wonderful host : she gave me full informations regarding keys collect, places to eat in the neighbourhood (great btw), pickup at the airport, etc etc.... Honestly the best stay i've ever seen for this quality/price. Juste perfect, see you soon Roma (i dropped a coin in Trevi fountain) ;)

Clean & tidy, separate bedroom from living area, location was fantastic, Simona (our host) was amazing - she welcomed us to her property, gave us excellent local information and kindly booked transfers to/from airport and apartment. We loved our stay and will be back!

Location, spacious rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness.

We would prefer to have a drying rack or some way to dry clothes out. The boiler in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy as it was too close to bed.
