Location and room was comfortable
Checking in was horrible. Maybe we are just used to Hyatt and Bonvoy levels of service. Foreigners (us) were pushed to the back of the line until locals were served.

It’s a 3 star hotel, clean, 5 min drive from Ankara Airport, restaurant is available in the hotel,we stayed for 1 night, small room but all the facilities were there. Value for money. Far from city centre.

The hotel is so close to the airport and it takes just few minutes to be in the terminal. The room was just perfect to relax in the middle of long travelling time. Receptionists were supportive and highly professionals.
Breakfast could be improved in terms of diversity, quality, and freshness.

Good location if you are only staying for the night and need to get early to the airport.
The rooms are very quiet and you are not disturbed by the road.
The menu is too limited and the quality of the food could be improved.

A comfortable room, though not very large. The breakfast was good. It was clean, there is tea, coffee, kettle, water. The cost of room service is reasonable. The staff is polite and friendly. Close to the airport, but the rooms are quiet, good sound insulation. Pets allowed.

everything else. too small room, not good and quiet experience food, personal is not welcoming, problems in the shower. No shampoo and shower gel, no soap, only something like 3-1 but how is it possible? do you use soap for hair, body and face? Personal really doesn’t assist much, on reception girl also wasn’t warm and welcoming. Also it took long time for check-in, even though there was only 2 people before me.

Most of the time, there is no one at the reception counter, therefore you must often wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive. In addition, there is no taxi nearby, and even Uber drivers are refusing requests. Therefore, if you are staying at this hotel, ask the front desk to call you a taxi.

Due to the location we chose to stay in Ibis “half night” for kids to sleep some time, standard room style
The staffs are not friendly at all, they look like they don’t want you to stay here.

lack of shuttle service to the airport terminal. it’s allegedly the closest hotel to Ankara Airport but realistically not within walking distance if you carry luggage with you.

we stayed at the hotel for one night for an overnight layover. the room was small, but clean. the hotel itself is pretty old, but relatively tidy. the room service was great!
