The staff person was very pleasant, the room was sizeable, and the bed was comfortable.
Everything was fine. Most hotels in Muswellbrook suffer from traffic noise. The good thing is that it dies down by mid-evening.

The location was convenient and the traffic noise minimal.

We were in Muswellbrook for a 50th birthday and the location was very near the venue, it was clean but the road noise was pretty terrible. It had bowls etc for breakfast and a lovely big fridge for our stores.

Shower sprayed more water sideways than down, fan clicked from the moment it was on road noise in front rooms isn’t the best.
For $180 a night I fell short even for I mining location. Back to AirBnB when staying in this region.

Everything was fine. A little noisy at night with coal trains and semi trailers on highway but this is to be expected due to location.

Comfy beds in spacious rooms. Kitchen had all necessary appliances.
Had a bit of an odour when we opened the door. No dishwashing tablets and very little dishwashing liquid.

On arrival np towels supplied and had to ask for tham, no tea towells, highway noise at night bed very , the steps to the office had railing needing to be replaced ,at 88 couldn’t manage steps ,comfortable bed but would never stay there again.

The toilet is accessed through the bathroom, but when the bathroom door opens inwards it blocks entry to the toilet. So during the night you need to double handle the bathroom door to get to the toilet, which has its own door. there is also a bit of traffic noise from trucks and trains that serve the coal mines. The office also couldn’t provide any advise for where to have a meal in town.

Everything was lovely and clean. Room was quiet spacious.
Would of like to of had fresh towels daily as they didn't dry so well. Not sure if they forgot or not, but we didn't get fresh milk for the second day.

I had the best sleep in a long time! The beds were extremely comfortable. The room had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy.
