The people are wonderful. They do so much to make your stay memorable. They are always ready to help beyond their normal duties. The place is beautifully decorated. Food is great and they are flexible if you need to change your meal a bit. They are environmentally conscious and are helping people of their community.

These women and men who operate this hotel are the most lovely, sweetest people I’ve met in Cambodia and possibly everywhere else. There are many places where the staff smiles but these guys give you their heart, they make you feel at home. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name but thank you for Luna who was our “mentor” during our stay and also big thanks to Mr. Lucky, our Tuk-tuk driver who took us everywhere we wanted in and around Angkor and saved our lives several times during the day when we crawled out of the actual temple in that brutal heat and waited us with ice cold water and beer! We could also rely on him about organizing our days and where to go. The hotel is on the road to Angkor, 2 minutes Tuk-tuk drive from the city center. There are two pools, one near the restaurant if you prefer shade, one on the rooftop if you want sun. And again, the staff are wonderful!

Everything is clean, comfortable and well located. It’s not far from the center of the city and Angkor wat. Everyone is super friendly !

The water is a bit too cold for my taste in the shower. The wifi doesn’t work well all the time to work on a computer

There are 2 pools, one at the ground level and one on the rooftop. Breakfast is really good (a choice of plates both of western and asian culinary culture). Friendliness of the stuff is exeptional. The location of the hotel is comfy, both for visiting Angkor Watt and to commute to city center (there's a tuk tuk service to city center for only 1 $).

A little quiet paradise in Siem Reap, and conveniently close to Angkor. If you’re looking to simply relax and disconnect, come here. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and they create a warm atmosphere perfect for your travel plans.

My room had no blackout blinds, and I’m a little sensitive to incoming light. Not a game-changer, but but having the option for blackout blinds would be a great addition to the room.

das Personal ist super lieb und bemüht, die Straße führt direkt zu den Tempeln, in der Stadt ist man schnell (auch zu Fuß kein Thema) und es ist ruhig. der Rooftoppool hat einen tollen Ausblick, der untere Pool ist direkt am Eingang zur Straße aber trotzdem angenehm noch für Drinks an der Bar dort zu sitzen. Wir haben verlängert :) die Idee junge Leute zu unterstützen fanden wir toll und auch wenn man merkt dass es (noch) keine Profis sind wird es mit viel hingabe gemacht - was viel mehr Wert ist!

Zimmer sind recht dunkel, aber das ist nicht schlimm, man kann lüften und mal am Balkon sitzen, auch wenn man im Erdgeschoss keine schöne Aussicht hat. Recht hellhörig wenn man laute Nachbarn hat.

Everything was great!

It used to be called The Cyclo d'Angkor Boutique Hotel and has rebranded. The story behind it is amazing! The staff took over the hotel after covid and co-own it. Their ethos to lift the Cambodian community and give back is beautiful. It's an eco-friendly hotel too. Bunny, Li, Luna (whose names I remember) and the staff overall were great and kind. Pal and Vysavann are a couple of the Tuk Tuk drivers that rode us around. They helped book my ticket for the Phare circus and for the bus to Battambang as well. They also had an afternoon tea, which was a great pick me up after a morning out exploring.

A COMMUNITY HAVE JUST TAKEN OVER THIS SMALL HOTEL WHICH IS A LOVELY IDEA. OUR ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND OF GOOD SIZE. VERY LARGE AND COMFORTABLE BEDS AND GOOD SHOWER. QUIET SO SLEPT WELL. HOTEL HAS A TUK TUK WHICH YOU CAN USE AND WILL COME TO COLLECT YOU AT A GOOD PRICE. LOVELY BREAKFAST IN LOBBY AREA. STAFF SO HAPPY TO HELP AND OFFERED US A SHOWER IN A ROOM PRIOR TO LATE AIRPORT TRANSFER. NICE SMALL POOL ON ROOF TOP PERFECT FOR AFTERNOON DIP AFTER TEMPLES.

Really nice staff, welcoming and friendly The place was having a lot of charm! The room was nice and the bed comfortable! The 2 swimming pools were nice to get some time to relax. Breakfast was nice too!

Can improve the service of upstairs swimming pool, put towels for clients and clean the tables in the morning. But not a lot to make it perfect !

Bereits bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich im Hotel aufgenommen und mit einem leckeren Zimt-Ingwer-Limetten-Getränk verwöhnt. Der vorab vereinbarte Pick-up Service hat bestens funktioniert. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Air-con angenehm und das Bett super bequem. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool und Garten läd zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem schmeckt der Kaffee wirklich gut und das Essen ebenfalls. Toll war auch, dass man immer gekühltes gefiltertes Wasser bekommen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als es bei mir Schwierigkeiten mit der Abholung zu einer Tour gab, haben sie den Tour-Anbieter angerufen sich für eine gute Lösung für mich eingesetzt. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut und herzlich geführt. Schnell kommt man in Kontakt mit dem einheimischen Personal. Außerdem unterstützt man mit der Übernachtung die Community.

This hotel has recently changed hands with a number of former employees taking it over with the specific aim of teaching under privileged youth adults a trade. This makes for a really special feeling about the place where everyone is so delighted to be involved with the hotel. Really fantastic place to support.

Loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly that we extended our stay by 3 days.

A little difficult to find the hotel on arriving the first time. Its old name (Cyclo Boutique Hotel) is still shown at the front so a little confusing.

It was amazing

Très bel établissement avec une belle décoration, les chambres sont agréables,grandes ,propres et bien équipées. Le personnel est très avenant,serviable et souriant. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais un service de tuk tuk est proposé pour un prix raisonnable et est placé directement sur la route des temples d'Angkor. Bref une très belle découverte, nous y sommes restés une semaine du coup, on s'y sent comme chez soi.

Chambres très propres et un personnel hyper accueillant et serviable. Nous avions oublié de prévenir de notre départ très tôt pour une préparation de boites breakfasts et du coup le jeune à l'accueil s'est arrangé pour nous les apporter sur notre circuit sur place aux temples d'Angkor, respect et merci à lui ! Un merci également tout particulier au responsable de l'équipe sur la photo qui apprend le français. J'ai rarement vu une personne aussi avenante, souriante et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ça donne le sourire pour la journée Petite remarque personnelle, du chocolat en plus du café et thé au petit déjeuner serait un plus très apprécié par de nombreux clients
