Location is excellent and up to past expectations. Staff were pleasant but our contact was very brief. Bed was OK.
Room came with only one bedside table and reading lamp. Room was up 2 flights of steep stairs ( in future, we will ask for either ground or first floor). Shower very tiny and bathroom sink took forever to drain. TV worked intermittently.

It was a lovely place to stay.
Having to walk up 2 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases on my own. Very difficult plus rather dangerous. It's okay if you are fit and able, but if you are not, it is quite tricky. I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned before.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfy and meet my expectations.
The shower head - It was unstable and poor quality for such a lovely room. When I first ran the shower the showerhead fell down. I think it needs replacing

Conveniently located next to Moonee Valley Racing Club
Needs a major renovation, facilities are old and not sound-proofed. Could here everything at every hour. Shower so small you can barely move. Mattress must have been old because there was a noticeable divot that had me almost falling out. Very uncomfortable sleep.

Great spot close to airport. Across the road from function. Food and drinks close by. Easy to catch a tram into the city.

The apartment needs work. There was a crack in the shower fall that had been taped up. Grout was dirty, and the lighting was dull

Good Location. Across the road from Mooney Valley Races, which is why we stayed at Quest. Staff were polite and helpful.
Nothing particular. Had to pay an extra $10 for parking, but that wasn't a major deal.

staff unhelpful suggesting to park car in unsafe location.

proximity to where I had to go was good
there was a nasty smell in our room when we returned from a night out. we think it was from either the heating or bathroom drain. possibly a combination of the two as we left the bathroom door open with the heating on when we were out. kept the door closed and heating off after that
