The location and the privacy
The AC, it was 25 throughout the stay, I adjusted to 21 but it did not change at all. AC was the worsst, room 101

Good. No issues here
Very unconcerned staff experience. From check in to check out. Poor response. Room was also not fresh. Shampoo and soap dispensers not filled up. Overall hossible hospitality. Not Marriott.

Didn't have breakfast.
This wasn't our first time. This time the service was very bad. Cleanliness was bad. Service response was very very bad. Food was mediocre. They had loud music till past 2 in the morning. They didn't respect my request to tone it down for us and other guests to sleep.

- Great Room with an exceptional view (try and get rooms on the second / third floor)
- Great Food (both the breakfast and the in room dining was excellent)

(We had stayed here before a couple of months back and the experience was not so great, but looking back that probably might be because of the wedding - this time our experience was simply great, nothing to complain about)

clean, facilities and breakfast. mall is attached to the hotel which makes super easy for getting anything right from movie to groceries. resturant are also available in mall for different cuisines.
Clarity about the the extra bed charges not clear on website neither on booking.com.

1) Breakfast spread was really good
2) Staff was courteous
1) Cleanliness: Bathroom drainage was clogged which resulted in water logging as soon as we took a bath
2) There was a wedding going on during our stay, owing to which there were loud abusive noises outside our room the entire night. Upon raising this issue with the staff the response we got was "Shaadi tha sir, kya kar sakte hai"
3) No Channels on Television: Even the basic (free) channels were not available which is a standard feature across all the Courtyard Mariott Hotels. Again raised this issue multiple times and got no response
4) Basic Toiletries not Available: Shower Caps / Lotion / Talcum Powder which is again a standard feature across all the Courtyard Mariott hotels was not provided
5) Room Service took an eternity to deliver: It required multiple follow ups and almost more than an hour even to get the most basic room service items delivered.

Courtyard by Marriott is benchmark for 5 star hotels, but not this one.. the whole facility is like it was taken for granted. Room was not clean.. you can see dirt at the corners. Doors of shelf were broken.. there were crickets and cockroach 🪳 in the room.
What else the list is long....
And most importantly if you want a good sleep, never book this hotel.

Location of the property is good , But Parking,Bar,Lobby,Reception waiting area ,Reception sitting area was Pathetic.

Food and Taste.
1. Staff kept us waiting at reception during check in.
2.Requested to provide washroom for 15min to change clothes after checkout but no one gave attention to it.
3.All interns were new and not having much Experience.
4.No senior staff were there to attend us.

I loved the comfortable stay.Staff is very good and very polite and helpful.beautiful comfortable rooms and bathroom.I want to mention that a hotel staff named Amit Sen was very helpful ,polite and recommended lovely dishes and Mocktails.Chef Bisnu is superb.All the other staff are very good.
There was no garden/lawns. Swimming pool is v small.No indoor game zone.
