Everything went well. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do in Lisbon, the room was beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The reception staff were so friendly and eager to answer all our questions. We had a lovely outdoor balcony which we used every evening for an aperitif before we went out to dinner. It was only a few hundred metres to the car park where we stood our car for our three night stay.

Reception staff were fantastic! Ana was always super friendly and gave very helpful information when I had any questions (and knew where to find the best pastel de nata :)) The breakfast was also very good.
Nothing, it was great!

Welcoming hosts and location - everything in the city center within few minutes walking distance.
We had an earing that droped in the bathroom sink and they really were so polite and send staff to take it out of P-trap.
I usually perfer having all the meals available inside accomodation, which is not the case here (they offer room breakfast). However, there is really a lot of restaurants and places to eat all around the accomodation so this time it really wasn’t a con for the place. If I return Lisbon, I would again book this place :)
Also, not something that made any difference for me, but there is no elevator inside the building. So, it might be accebilily issues to people who cannot use stairs.

Lovely wee balcony which was not overlooked.
Friendly staff.
Spacious room and bathroom
We were there for 5 days ( 2 people) and they provided one T-bag and 4 coffee pods. None of them were replenished. It’s a very small thing that seems a weird place to cut corners.
The walls are thin and we had a family next door who were quite noisy. There’s also a bar out the back with very loud music.
The street has a bollard so no taxi can get up or down. It’s no problem for us but some might find it difficult with cases.

"La amabilidad del personal, siempre atento a las necesidades y recomendaciones que pudieran surgir. La luz de la habitación y lo espacioso y bien cuidado que está todo."
