Breakfast was prepared at 7:00, Even if it was served at 8:00 as normal. Very good service!!

good facilities, perfect location, clean and spacious accommodation.

Close, roomy, clean, restaurant looked nice, owners were nice and helpful. Free coffee is good. Amenaties were simple but adequate. So initial impression was positive.

The staff. The 1 staff member made me feel unwelcome and a burden. The coffee automates were not maintained so there waa no milk and or schocolate drink then he turned off the machine in the morning ! No breakfast over booking.com included ! I then had to pay immediately on asking and treated like some thief. Asking about the avalanches and when the road would ne free resulted in a unhelpful surly attitude. Another customer said the same thing, his behavior was unprofessional lazy and unfriendly. The rooms walls are very thin. You hear everything from the other rooms like you are all together. So a dissappointmet based on the 1 employee in charge, as said the owners themselves were in fact nice, friendly and helpful.

No soap in the dispensers in one of our rooms.

We were on a biking holiday and stayed one night in Gjestegård, Lyngseidet. We had a very good night after different hotels and campings: very clean room and bathroom, curtains that kept the sun out, and the best bed since we left home! I forgot my glasses and the owner arranged that his brother took it to Tromsø, our next step. That was so very kind!!!

Easy to find. The owner was friendly and waited for us when we arrived at 11 pm. thanks

Very clean and tidy room, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom with rainshower. Free-to-use coffee machine in the hallway.

On sunday breakfast was served only from 10 am. Rooms were branded with ”lake” or ”mountain” view. Couldn’t say there was much of a view…
