Really nice room, really clean, comfortable bed and couch. Perfect location close to Ortygia by foot. Lot's of shops and restaurants close to it. Diesnt have a parking place but you can look for a free parking place on the street.

Sadly it doesnt seem to be a very good noice isolation. We could here even the steps of the upstairs neighbors in the and toillete water running from the next room to ours, also at night noice from the street. Recomendation: bring your earplugs. Also we were in the last room, the WLAN was already not so good at the room. They have at the entrace tsbles and chairs were you can work and WLAN is perfect.

Modern rooms with basic but excellent facilities in a heritage building. Got cleaned every day. Excellent location. Quiet. Great reception by Mario.

I was really happy with the room (spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, close to Ortigia and to all kind of shops and restaurants) and excellent services (very kind and hospitable reception, smooth check-in and check-out, help with luggage), and I even decided to extend my stay. I would return any time and warmly recommend.

Just outside the historic Ortigia section of Siracusa. Pay attention to street parking restrictions (blue, yellow, white). Had a ticket we needed to pay. Owner super friendly.

Very clean and spacious B&B very close to Ortigia - just across the bridge. The staff is super kind and supportive. Many shops, cafes and restaurants near by. There is also paid public parking near by if you are coming by car. Highly recommend Nostos Rooms&Appartments for your stay in Siracusa

Perfect place for our one night stay before heading back to the airport which is only 45 min drive. Mario is a very friendly host. The room was modern and exactly how we like it.

Not a great view from the room into the court but that did not bother us.

Very big room, cozy bed and in the middle of the city, but still quiet. Great to have 2 different kind of pillows to choose from.

The owner was extremely accommodating, provided some excellent info for the city, the rooms were spacious and had near-blackout windows. Only a few blocks from the bridge into Ortigia — next to numerous lovely restaurants/cafes.

In colder weather, the room may be a bit chilly.

We have been in both rooms and apartments. Spacious, perfectly clean, well equipped with fridge and decorated in a pleasant modern style… and last but not least at the reception Mario, a quite sympathetic guy helpful and efficient who can give you good advice for eating drinking and travelling.Thank you Mario for everything

Roomss with balcony opening to Corso Umberto I, a main street of the city, can be rather noisy for you especially if you need complete silence to sleep…That in that case better you avoid Italy and Latin countries

Clean, spacious with nice design touches. Well equiped with safe, coffee machine, fridge and cooker. Staff responded promptly to resolve one minor issue.

The 70 steps to our room but I probably needed the exercise after all that Sicilian food.
