I will start with good things: awesome location on the lake in a safe town, room with great view,friendly staff (as much their lack of English goes), very comfortable mattress and delicious breakfast.

The rooms are NOT clean (as somebody already wrote, you see other people’s hair on the floor, bathroom), neither they clean floors during your stay. The furniture and facilities are quite outdated (some doors simply do not vlose anymore) and bathroom is moldy. While the bed is huge, they don’t have large enough bedsheets fitting to it - they barely cover the mattress if even(depends on the day..) and keep on sliding off during the night. we had our key kards stopping to wirk twice during our 4-night stay, needing to reactivate it at reception, a bit weird…
AND most important we got screwed upon checkout- someone put two dinners on our room, interestingly enough on one of our names… so not just the random room number; which was impossible to sort out with limited English skills of the staff. luckily food is cheap so only about 45 euros lost on it.

Fantastic view, nice pool, great breakfast and delicious dinner. Big thumbs up to the hotel staff. Roomsize is good, comfy beds, convenience store is open 24/7

Booking.com shows it's a 4 star hotel. The hotel shows 3 stars... Very thin towels, dirty and broken chair, closet's doorhandels falling off, no hair dryer, sauna not in operation, tabelfootbalgame worn out and broken, appartment not clean, fungus in de shower, water remains on de showercabinfloor, no mini bar, no coffee machine in the room, no bathtub.
