La ubicación era decente. Fuera del centro. Y el restaurante, que entiendo no es del hotel, pero está a lado.

La atención del personal. La limpieza. La bulla. El recepcionista no supo indicarnos de inicio que había una habitación mejor. Cuando pedimos cambio pagando la diferencia de tarifa, quería que paguemos toda la tarifa no la diferencia. Y no se pudo dar el cambio. Personal sin criterio. Nos pasamos una hora del check out y el personal fue grosero. El cuarto apestaba a cloro. Apestaba el baño por el desagüe. No hubo agua caliente y no lo solucionaron. En la noche la bulla de recepción no te dejaba dormir. Un desastre.

Room service had to ask for towels every day and on the advertising says swimming pool wich has none

The sheets had dirty spots on them, and when we requested new ones, they were also not clean. There was a drip in the sink that wouldn’t stop.

Staff really helpful and ready to correct everything I have been before in this hotel and I like the fact that it's not in the town so it's more quiet when you want to relax..

There wasn't always hot water but as soon as we let the staff know it was corrected wright away.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

When we arrived to the property, they sent us to a different hotel, affiliated with them according to the owner who spoke to us, but the person at the other hotel informed us otherwise. They had no room at the actual hotel tungurahua, which by the was we chose because of its location outside the center of the city. This other property, was 2 blocks from the center and we could hear the noise of the party, Also they convinced us to accept this place under the premise that it had spa service in the property, which was not the case. The place itself was clean, and the staff in that property helpful, but was not the place we expected.

Terrible. Homophobic behavior!!! It's terrible. I made a reservation for my boyfriend and I but when we arrived, the receptionist told us that we can't get the room because the reservation that I made thought this app wasn't available. It's something stupid when the place was even in promotion on this app. They made me lose my time, my money, and my peace. I know they had rooms available, but I they didn't give it to us because of our sexual orientation. We felt some discrimination from the receptionist, and I couldn't deal with something like that. Never go to this place.
