Hospitality was very good and location and cash and if we needed anything they would quick to respond
The shower was a little bit small for bigger people otherwise everything okay

The view on the seafront.
You can not pay with the card, they say the system it doesn t work. I forgot to ask the invoice we were at the end of our vacation, we spend only one night there and i had to ask 2 times on booking chat to send it. They sent me only the receipt written by hand, no invoice. The parking is too far if you have luggages and if you have a lot of luck you will find a parking place. In the bathroom you find half shower curtain, and you make water on the toilet and in the bathroom, even you take care. The air conditioning it wasn t cooled the room at all. Conclusion: i didn t enjoy it at all.

We loved the place! Dimitris was great and really helpful giving directions ,he arranged for us a rent bike and he was willing to help with anything we might’ve asked. Margarita the housekeeping lady was amazing! We really enjoy our stay there! The position of the house was exactly at the middle of Valtos beach and the center in a really quiet area.

Location was excellent: walking distance to Valtos Beach and to city centre. , also great panoramic view as you head towards the beach from Avdikos House.
Room very spacious with comfortable bed, all utilities working accordingly, good water pressure in the shower.
We had a nice balcony with chairs and table and a pretty view of the mountain.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Large fridge with freezer included.
Cleaning lady made sure to keep the room very tidy on a daily basis.
All in all , very pleased with everything . 100% recommend

I liked everything, the location in a total quiet place in the middle of the nature, the comfort of the house, the facilities and the space. There is too much space and you feel like a king. A great and big veranda and another plus you have too bathrooms one inside and one in the veranda.

The location is excellent, as it is in the middle between Valtos beach and the main promenade, on the hill though.

Everything was perfect, from manager to housekeeping lady. Rooms were very clean, villa is in quiet part of Parga but still close enough to center and Valtos and Krioneri beach.
You can't park the car close to Villa, but you have free parking 3 minutes walk.

The hotel is located 10 min from Valtos beach, the same walking distance to the central area. Dimitris is amazing guy! He arrived at the place where I had stopped, found a parking place for my big car, picked up and moved all of the luggage to the hotel.
What kind of info you need, what you need- he can serve you! Comunication in english. Cleanliness- more than the Booking points.
Suitable for couples, and singles as well.

The apartment is close to the city center, from the balcony you can see mountains, there are many restaurants nearby.
To find a parking is a big challenge. There is no parking nearby the apartment. If you are traveling by car be ready that in Parga your car will be parked somewhere on the street.

Situation, quiet, cleanliness. Everything was very good and better than we expected.
Ulla and Nicos friendly and helpful. We got lost looking for the accomodation but after calling them, Nicos collected us in his car. It is a bit hard to find amongst all the streets but easily resolved.
Nothing, all good.

Avdikos and his wife were very welcoming and Avdikos even came to pick us up from Parga’s centre so that we didnt get confused on the tiny roads.
In addition, the villa was spacious and comfortable beds. Perfect for a family trip

The room was nice, cozy and comfortable. It is located about 10min from the Valtos beach and 10min from Parga center. And lots of good restaurant nearby (try Filomila restaurant for Pasta!!!).
- The parking is not so close (you have to go about 250m down the road which is quite steep )and with luggage is not very parctical.
- The AC didn’t work very well.
