Huge house with gorgeous views in a quiet neighborhood; if you have been to Lake Tekapo before, you know everything is close by! Super easy check in, and even easier check out. The fireplace was a bonus for a chilly night, although they also have heathers if that's not your thing. The place was clean and tidy, and it has absolutely everything you could possibly need. 10/10, we would definitely stay again, thanks team!

Old seating. Bed needs replacement flat and uncomfortable very thin and feel springs. Didn't sleep.

Collecting the keys was easy and it was easy to find the property. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was OK and the beds were comfortable and loved the large towels.
No Airconditioner which would have been nice in the heat of the summer but we knew there was no AC when we booked it.

Een heerlijk groot huis op loopafstand van het meer. Het huis is compleet ingericht en je loopt in een kwartier naar het meer. Het huis is netjes en keurig verzorgd.
Het huis kan een kleine update gebruiken.

It was great open and spacious living, great for two couples. Quiet and a lovely outlook.
It was a bit tired. Carpet needs replacing. Small things, but lacked certain essentials like a hand towel in kitchen and tissues.

La taille de l'hébergement était bien, il y avait 3 chambres. À la réception on nous a remis une petite bouteille de lait, c'était très gentil mais globalement insatisfaite de cette endroit, nous n'y reviendrons pas.
C'est quand même assez loin du centre et surtout la marche n'est pas très agréable. La machine a lavée est vieille et nous a déteinte nos habits. Nous avons dû jeter 5 tee-shirts et 2 shorts. Elle ne brasse pas correctement alors à moins que vous fassiez une machine de couleurs noires uniquement je vous déconseille de l'utiliser. Nous avons voulu utiliser un saut et lorsqu'on a mis l'eau dedans, nous nous sommes aperçu qu'il était fendu, il y avait de l'eau partout. Globalement l'endroit est assez vieillissant, nous ne nous y sommes pas bien senti, cet endroit a vraiment besoin d'amour. Et aussi au niveau du check-in j'ai trouvé ça pénible, il fallait préciser l'heure d'arrivée (alors que nous n'avions aucune idée et que sur la route nous n'avions pas internet), puis arriver entre 2h et 5h, pas après 5h car sinon il faut que quelqu'un vienne au bureau et prépare un ''late check-in package'', donc en gros on a dû se presser pour arriver à l'heure, tout ce qu'on ne veut pas faire lorsqu'on est en voyage.

A well maintained house, with great facilities and plenty of room (we were a family of 4 and we had plenty of space and comfort). The house is close to town and has stunning mountain views.
Maybe fans in each bed room as it got very hot during the day. But really we couldn't have been happier.

Property overlooked a small farm area and view of mountains, very beautiful. Big spacious bedrooms and sufficient stuff in kitchen, we enjoyed our stay there.

Friendly pick up of keys and a small bottle of fresh milk on arrival is always a bonus.
The house was very comfortable and the terrace sunny and private. Close enough to town without being in the middle of it and not noisy.
The single bed mattress was way too soft. Had to put it on the floor so as not to hurt back.

The deck was amazing and the view was not too bad as the owners have trimmed trees back to make sure you can see. The fire was warm and welcoming and made the place warm, I suspect in winter you will definitely need it as it wasn't the middle of winter and it was too cold with just the heatpump at night. The beds and pillows felt comfy and there was heaps of storage etc. The sofas and table and chairs made it good for relaxing and having a meal with friends.
The windows out to the deck had been wiped with a wet cloth and it had left a smear that was very obvious.
I got bitten by a white tail spider while asleep in my bed so they might want to spray for spiders.
The cupboards had a tacky greasy film all over them (above the stove) and the house had a distinct 'cooking oil' smell.

Excellent opportunity to stay in a private spacious home with kitchen and beautiful garden!
It’s a cultural matter but wish there was bath tub. We recommend you to stay at hot spa if need to warm up! Also wish there was tumbler since too cold in the snowy weather to wash and we also didn’t have enough time to wait for our clothes to dry.

Heaters in all the rooms except 1! But it didn’t matter as we had 2 other rooms to use. Very good lighting.
Construction work being Done behind the house. As we have a infant and toddler who like their sleep ins in the morning and loud music and heavy machinery operating.
And property not fenced in any way! So we couldn’t have our kids play or run around outside.

Easy after hours key pick up. Very nice touch having the lights and heaters on when we got their after dark. Good space and facilities. Quiet neighbourhood and nice garden.

Really comfortable bed. Good views of the lake from the deck. Well equipped kitchen.
This was not the property I booked, and didn't have a spa pool. It was also two storey, and as I am injured, I was not able to use the upstairs part of the house at all.

Info provided in the house does not fully describe what is in the house. It is generic info for all of the properties owned by the management company. That was confusing. Also, when reviews are posted they appear to be consolidated for all properties so it is hard to discern what applies to the property of interest.
Panorama house has no central heat. It was very cold while we were there! There is a wood burning stove in the living room and space heaters but one has to be comfortable with that situation.
