The pools and the beach

Safe gated property, tons of pools, spacious rooms,huge outdoor patio

There was only one place to eat and it was a poolside bar/restaurant.

property was nice however they are condos and it’s not a hotel. The rooms have kitchens and spacious balcony’s

the AC was broken the first night. the vacation rental company did not answer the phone the majority of the trip. we had to spend the first night and the second day without AC. they asked us to stay in the room so they could access the unit and fix it.

The tankless water heater in room 202 B does not provide Hot water especially to to bath tub.

the unit was great and clean. near the ocean and several pools.

The resort itself met expectations, the suite was large and had all the amenities. The pools and grounds were clean and well maintained. The prices at the swim up bar were also fair.

Castaways itself was a horrible experience, we could not reach them almost the entire weekend. We got sent the incorrect address to pick up the room key and a 60 minute window to pick up the keys if we didn't want to pay a $50 fee. When we tried to call for the correct address, they never answered. Once we found their office via google and some guessing, we were told the room was only locked via code, so I see no reason for us having to go all the way out there to pick up a code. The code given to us was the same code as the previous visitors, and "would be changed within the next hour or 2". The entire weekend the same code as the previous visitors had to be used. The code was never changed. Additionally we still found damp towels in the washer and dryer, the dishwasher did not work (which we also couldn't reach the office about), and the shower still had lumps of hair hanging on the walls and the faucet. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, only bars of hand soap. After booking a long list of fine print was sent out that was too extensive. It felt as if the company was trying to upcharge for everything they possibly could. Resort fee was not mentioned at time of booking, turns out to be $50 per person. Would definitely recommend Bella Sirena again, but definitely not Castaways.

I loved the location to this property I was amazed how close we were to the beach.

there was nothing not to like about this property.
