Clean facilities.
The airconditioner in room 5 is maybe sized a little small for the big room. The bathroom stayed very hot.

Pretty much everything was great about this hotel..The spa was fantastic, the staff, the breakfast - except for the water in the shower smells like sewage but think that’s a whole island thing.
The people staying above us moving there wooden chairs at all hours of the morning and night… kept waking us up as there wood on wood floors… was exhausted by the time we left despite the hotel being comfortable.

We’ve rarely seen such attention to detail. Every little object from the coasters to the soap is pretty. Our room (13) was huge with a big balcony. If we come back we’ll select room 10 as it has a large patio with a mini pool. The patio where breakfast is served is gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious.
Nothing. We would have liked to be able to have dinner there but it wasn’t served on the days of our visit.

when we arrived to the hotel at 9:30pm, there had been a problem with our booking
We clearly felt that we weren’t expected and the person at the reception wasn’t very welcoming either

Great hotel in a great location - close to the center of Mahon. Very friendly staff - especially Laura was of great help. Spa is amazing. Setting in the courtyard for breakfast and dinner is very cosy and stylish.
Breakfast was by order; slow service when big groups are around. Maybe self-service with the drinks would help.

Friendly staff, nice breakfasts and very clean. The location was in a quiet road but very close to the centre of Mahon.
Bashed my head a couple of times on a low beam in the bedroom and where the ceiling is low. :)

Super original and beautifully decorated. I loved the courtyard with with the outdoor arrangement and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. the spa is also amazing. We also had a rooftop terrace with our room, so nice!

being a boutique hotel it is understandable that there wasn’t an outside place to sit, but I missed that.

Room large and comfortable. the only criticism was that the shower pressure was quite weak. Breakfast was very good and the massage I had in the Spa was one of the best I have had anywhere.

We described the Hotel as providing 'Peaceful Excellence' We had had breakfasts in the hotel before. They are brilliant and served with such gentle efficiency. The room and bathroom were also without fault, but it was the people who served us , from reception to maids who were fantastic. We would recommend this place to anyone going to Mahon
