Great hotel in a great location. Excellent value dinner round the corner from the hotel. Goid location.

Lovely and new and clean, great location, really central, coffee machine in the room, great balcony
Didn’t have a bar or anything on site - didn’t bother us as so much around the hotel, but others may want a bar!

Quaint boutique-y lodgings inside an old historic building. modern and comfortable in the suite.

Excellent accessibilty for wheelchair user - stair lift platform for wheelchair from street level, front door opens automatically and lift to first floor. Bathroom has useful grab bars. Coffe machine good. Automatic window shutters good.
Lighting in the room for the evening could be softer/more atmospheric. Drain smell in bathroom a bit strong/off-putting. Could have done with a comfortable chair to lounge/relax in.

Location was great and space of the room and bathroom were enough. Easy and quick to access the room from the street.
The air in our room was very humid and the condition of the interiors and bathroom was a bit old.

directions to get the key were unclear as we came in after hours. Also need to include where to park as our vehicle was told after we parked where a resident told us to park. this should be made clear to all guests.

The check in with Ana was easy and she was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The room was bright and cleaned daily.
Facility to make a hot drink in the room was a plus.
The facility to store our bags and bicycle in the building, between check out and leaving the city, enabled us to spend the day on the beach, so we're very grateful for that.
It was more affordable than most similar quality places we looked at and , even though there were no twin-bed rooms left, we felt lucky to get a room here and snapped it up.
This is a good location for walking to everything, but it does get pretty noisy at night, shutting the windows helps .
