Clean and well decorated.
When we arrived we were told our breakfast was included in the price. On leaving after doing the express check out. I was asked to present my card for breakfast.

An amazing boutique hotel. Decor and views down to beach are exceptional. But the things that make this hotel stand out are the brilliant staff and owners. They are so friendly and laid back. Nothing is to much trouble. At the NYE party they all joined in and made it feel like you were out partying with a group of friends.

Lovely rooms with comfy beds and quirky furnishings. Very nice outdoor area, nice to steal away for a quiet relaxing drink.
It is outside of Whitstable so you will need transport to stay here.

We have stayed many times at the hotel over the years and have always been happy with the room and food,
One member of reception was rude and abrupt. This isn’t the normal welcome we receive

The hotel restaurant was exceptionally good. The location was idyllic. The staff were very helpful.
Some confusion over payment. We had paid in advance through Booking.com but were twice asked to pay a hotel invoice. There was also some confusion over dates of our stay which I clarified through reference to Booking.com.

The views were spectacular and there were two amazing sunsets looking out form my bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
