We stayed overnight with two dogs, and this place exceeded my expectations—a clean and lovely apartment in the woods near the Travemunde harbor. The host was nice and helpful!

Very friendly staff, and willing to help with groceries/bus tickets on christmas eve.
The sauna was not available for our trip, although advertised that you could rent time.

Relatively easy to reach. Close to Helsinki, Vantaa, and Porvoo. There is also a nice marina very closeby (Gumbostrand).
The cottage is pretty worn. In addition, it is close to a highway, you can hear traffic even with closed windows. Not exactly my idea of a cozy stay in nature.

The host and the dog Shampis was very welcoming. Nice area to sit outside and inside.
Very comfortable bed...at least after all day hiking and sleeping in the tent. This matress was amazing!!

Very nice, friendly and helpful hosts. Good location and pleasant privacy. We enjoyed freshly smoked fish on verandah, listening to birdsong. Our sighthound was delighted to discover the rich fauna of the forest.
The road was rather close and the traffic heard. No air conditioning.

Alexandra was a wonderful host. The site is truly beautiful, and the cabins were everything we could have ever wanted for this weekend away. The saunas were perfect, Gumbostrand (nearby town) was quiet and pretty by the coast, many beautiful lakes nearby, and the location is just 20 mins from Helsinki airport (35 euro taxi). Thank you!

The house in the photograph seemed large and cozy with a fireplace. But when we went in, we immediately started laughing, he was tiny. it's just a place to sleep and walk in the forest :)

The apartment is clean. Garden is very pretty and has private table in the terrace. Location is very convinient with public transportation from Helsinki.
It has no natural light. The apartment has one small window in the bathroom so practically it needs to be closed all the time. There is no other window inside which makes the apartment seem like a renovated space from the basement. The interiror decoration is nice with paintings and kitchen. However nice the interior is, it can't compensate for its lack of windows. I stay inside a lot during my stay and it feels like I am in the basement even though outdoor is so sunny and garden is so pretty. Although the cost is quite cheap for an apartment, I still feel like the price isn't worth the experience
