This place is amazing! It was like walking onto a movie set. The room is spacious with a great comfortable bath on one side of the main room. The large bed was silky smooth and very comfortable. In the bathroom a modern toilet and a large walk around shower. All the stone walls and floors gave a really nice cool and secure feeling. The main pool was fantastic, warm and visually stimulating. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we love chatting with one who was very funny. Sunset on the rooftop is amazing. Very calm and peaceful hotel and not too far from town. Complimentary airport drop off. Looking for coming back sometime. Thanks.

Not much that isn’t to like. it isn’t centrally located but the hotel offer easy shuttles to and from Siem Reap and other locations.

Pool was amazing. Staff went above and beyond and had great service. Location was a bit far from the central street (pub street, old market etc) but its perfect for relaxing

Although it’s good for a break from the busy street it was a little hard for a lone female traveller to go to the main centre street on her own only bc it was a bit far away.

Beautiful and peaceful property. Very friendly staff. Manager and staff went above and beyond for accommodation. Great location. Great pool for swimming. Excellent value for the price. Romantic for couples. Unique traditional Khmer decorations were amazing. Colored lights at night time enhance the beauty of the towers that resemble a temple. This resort was excellent for my stay and helped ensure I had a great vacation. Highly recommend to everybody and will gladly return.

The architectural design is nice. It’s also in a reasonable distance from the city center.

Maybe because of lack of tourist in town, the hotel is not properly maintained. The resort is dark and creepy at night. The room is not cleaned properly, I can see dust when it should be cleaned. Hot water does not work at all. WiFi is not usable, and the breakfast included was terrible.

The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. The two swimming pools were beautiful; a nice way to spend a few hours. The resort is nicely enclosed, so much that you forget that you are in the city! The room itself was very comfortable and spacious (we stayed in the junior suite). The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in in SE Asia.

The poolside menu during the day didn't have many options for vegetarians. We would have eaten on the premises more often if that were the case. However, I do understand that things have to be scaled back due to COVID-19 and a smaller number of guests coming through as a result. We just filled up on delicious cocktails instead of lunch :)

The staff is really what makes this place special. Everyone was exceedingly friendly and spoke excellent English. I was very impressed with the care they take to keep the grounds clean. One of the pools at the hotel is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant surprise. My room was very clean and had a massive walk in shower. I chose the breakfast package which included a buffet of fresh breads and fruit as well a traditional Asian breakfast items. They will also cook eggs to order, including omelets.

Be aware, there is no shuttle service from or back to the airport despite what the website claims. I booked a shuttle as part of my stay, none arrived. They are aware of the issue but have not yet updated the website. Also, in the fine print it lists they only accept cash. This was a surprise to me upon arrival, but the staff was very helpful and allowed me to pay later after I found an ATM machine. Due to construction on the road leading to the hotel, the Internet does not work consistently.

My wife and I came and stayed at this beautiful hotel over the last weekend and we were both enchanted by it. The easier question to answer would be 'what didn't we like?' and the answer to that question is nothing because everything was just totally lovely and spot on. Bong Sofi and Bong Panith are subhai NA!

The property is fantastic, very well maintained and picturesque. Something that they do not advertise well is that they have two pools - one saltwater and one regular. The salt water pool is just amazing. The breakfast has a lot of good options which change everyday. The best part of the stay was the staff. You just cannot ask for better! They are just fabulous!

We had an issue with the room that was provided, first, the tap of the tub wouldn't close at all. It was fixed in half an hour but later in the night the bathroom started to stink profusely.

The rooms are very big (Junior Suite) and the staff is exceptionnal(++++). Just by asking at the reception, they prepared us a flower bath and decored the room with some flowers and folded towel (without on top costs!) Welcome drinks are also available , fresh towels when you come back from your trip are also very appreciated... We stayed 10 days (pretty Long) which is I think too much in Siem Reap, but as we were Long stay Clients, we have been offered 1 hour Khmer massage for each of us. A Tuktuk Service is also available and brings you to the City Center for 2$. Generally you Can also walk to the City Center, what we have done most of the time (15-20min) Bath + Shower are really good

The lamps in the room where quite poor : in the evening, side beds lamps would have been appreciated to read without having to have the whole room illuminated. Decoration was not on the walls anymore (but still the nails?), which I found disappointing. The place around the Hotel is partially in construction, which makes the view not especially nice, but it is not a Problem in the Hotel as there are fences and a nice Vegetation. We were disapointed by the breakfast (eventhough included in the Price), as the choice was poor and often the same, but as I said, we had a longstay, which isn't very common in Siem Reap.
