Anastasia was a delightful host! There was nothing that was too much for her to do to make our stay comfortable and jolly! The room was spotless, breakfast was good and Anastasia consistently went above and beyond. With a little help from Google translate, conversation and jokes flowed!

This hotel that exceeded all my expectations. We were greeted by Anastasia, the host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She was super flexible with arrival times and introduced us to local Italian delicacies. This made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was close to the main square with the church and was incredibly convenient for exploring the town and the local restaurants and bars. It was also great value for money, being in such a central location and for a spacious room. I was delighted to find that I could enjoy a such a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return in the future.

The stay at Mercanti was wonderful. Made even better by Anastasia - despite the fact we (embarrassingly) speak no Italian - she was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, despite the fact we were so late checking-in due to a delayed flight and she communicated with us to make sure she would be available when we arrived to welcome us. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a brilliant start to the day. The location is second to none, there are wonderful restaurants and bars directly on your doorstep. Aircon kept us cool and the room and bed were very comfortable. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

I think booking.com says there is parking at the location. There is no dedicated parking at the venue but you will be able to find a spot on a nearby side street - this would be our only watch out as we ended up driving into a Piazza on our first evening!

Max even got in the car and showed us where to park late at night. Staff went above and beyond. Great authentic Italian stay
