Great hotel, ideal location near Pub street, very kind staff!

Great location and still felt like a retreat. The trees and layout of restaurants, pool, spa, and checkin were so convenient and felt like 5 stars. The service was impeccable and you could tell they care a lot about their tourist industry. We are raving to our friends! Hope you get some of them in the future.

Joey met us at at the airport with a huge grin . . she was wonderful with many hints and tips. This hotel is in a great location and has a great vibe. Rooms are spacious and terrific decor & bathrooms are very cool. The team are incredibly helpful & friendly. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the Nhaom Sach Ko (marinated beef with kaffir lime salad). Massage was excellent, too. The tour guide ‘Som’ is outstanding. His knowledge on everything Cambodian is incredible and his terrific English makes it so easy to chat and laugh….we have learned so much about ancient Cambodia, modern Cambodia and the years in between. He shared personal stories and historical accounts. He knows the temples and carvings inside out and back to front. He is an intelligent young man and passionate about his cultural heritage; he’s the type of guy you’d want on your team back at home. Our driver Vong was also kind and attentive. Definitely do the tours with Som & Vong!

From the moment we stepped out of the airport, we were treated with exceptional service. The staff there goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met, and they took time to get to know us. Everything was wonderful, and the location was great, right in the center of town and within walking distance to many attractions. We really appreciated the complimentary airport transfer, the delicious meals, spa credits, and all the little extra perks they provided. Best hospitality we have experienced in our years of travel!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional, they were so attentive and sweet and very eager to please. The hotel is also very beautiful and food was good too! Also had a massage at the spa which was excellent. Would definitely book this hotel if I ever go back to Siem Reap!

Golden Temple Residence is perfection due to every single staff member. This hotel is absolutely the best I have ever stayed❤️I loved the staff, the food, the incredible spa, the restaurant, the decor and our upgraded room. most of all I loved the staff each and every one of them!

We started our stay in this great Hotel (with all its complementary), have to mention the outstanding Service by the team and specially by Joey, she took so good care of us and our son‘s birthday. The food was great and the massage as well. Followed by the hotel arranged 1 day trip to the temples (sunrise) with our awesome guide Som, so much kindness, knowledge and good hearted person, supplying us with great view and pictures. We would do everything exactly the same again, can fully recommend it!

The location was perfect in my opinion. Not too near to pub street to be affected by the noise and close enough to walk there easily whenever we feel like it. Lots of food in the area and everything is just 5-9 minutes walk away. The staff is super welcoming, friendly & helpful too. Alice made our stay unforgettable with very personalised service.

My recent stay at the Golden Temple Residence in Siem Reap was a true delight. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the entire staff, including Alice, Anna, Victoria, JB, and many others whose names escape me at the moment. The room was beautifully appointed with Cambodian decor and boasted a comfortable bed, making it the perfect oasis to return to after a day of exploring. The spacious bathroom was a real treat, complete with all the amenities you could need. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off, while the restaurant served some of the best traditional Cambodian cuisine I've ever tasted. One of the highlights of my stay was the Aspara dance show and dinner, which was absolutely incredible. The location of the hotel was ideal, with Pub Street and the river just a short walk away. The staff were always eager to assist with arranging tours and activities, and I was particularly grateful for their help in organizing a day trip to the temples with Mr. Lucky as my guide. His vast knowledge and kindness truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I can't recommend the Golden Temple Residence enough. The staff's hospitality is unparalleled and far surpasses any other hotel I've stayed in across the Pacific, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. I'm already planning my next visit with my family and can't wait to experience it all over again.

The nicest hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Breakfast & dinner were delicious, pool was great, rooms were large and clean, but the real jewel of the hotel is the staff! So attentive and lovely at all times, really made our stay here feel so special!

General ambiance in the hotel spa could be improved (we could hear the spa phone ringing, and the staff chatting), but that is only a minor feedback.

This is a great hotel to base yourself for seeing Angkor Wat. The staff are exceptional!

The service at Golden Temple Residence is exceptional. All staff goes all out to make sure that we have a lovely time and we definitely had a fabulous time. We are a family of 4 and stayed at the Royal Suite. The room was spacious and clean and was exactly as picture and the hotel is in a great location. Alice and all the staff were very welcoming. the complimentary lunch and family spa was fantastic and we will definitely recommend Golden Temple Residence to anyone visiting Siem Reap

The staff were beyond kind, caring and generous. They clearly care about their customers and want to do an amazing job. Lovely treatments at the spa. Room and location was great and free airport transfer too.

They had a good variety of food with made to order omelets and hot and cold sides. They also had hot noodle soup made to order. There is also in onsite spa with wonderful message choices.

With the lobby, pool and dining areas open to the outside you had to be careful about mosquitoes.

Beautiful oasis just off the bustling street life. Beautiful rooms & very kind staff. You could tell the staff was so happy to have guests again after Covid had kept Cambodia closed for travel. Easy couple block walk to pub street with all the restaurant/bar/shopping options. We were there for new year festivities, the hotel hosted a lovely dinner & music/dance show. They also booked us an excellent multi day tour of the temples. We enjoyed our stay very much and wished we could have stayed longer.

Staff was amazing from welcome to saying goodbye! Took care of any and all needs! Went out of their way repeatedly to make sure our stay was perfect. Also a great location and walking distance to restaurants and markets.
