1. Our stay in this villa was fantastic! This is exactly what we were looking for - a countryhouse with a small yard, very cozy with a super warm atmosphere. We wanted to get away from the hustle rhythm of the city and this place definitly helped to reach this goal. 2. The villa was well equipped with all facilities - a lot of plates, bowls, pans etc., coffeemaker, teapots, towels, flat iron, hair dryer, grill (outside); soaps, shower gels (as in hotels), washing machine, dishwasher etc. 3. The villa was very clean. Everything was prepared, neat and tidy for our arrival - it was done with love (chocolates on the beds etc.). 4. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the pillows (I did not expect that to be honest). 5. The owner is very client - oriented, he accommodated all our requests (baby cot, early arrival, and other requests etc.) and was very responsive and supportive. 6. The responsiveness and kindness of the owner exceeded our expectations - when we left, we forgot something precious in the villa, and the owner found the way to deliver the firgotten thing to Belgrade where we were staying for another few days.

All issues that I will list down were something that one expects to have in such countryhouse, so it was not a problem for us at all: 1. Floor on the second floor creaks a lot. So if someone is walking on the second floor in the night, other people will hear it and it can wake people up. We got used to it, but it needs to be considered. 2. If the water boiler (water heater) is set at a maximum level, one should be very careful, because then the hot water in the tab/bath will be really really super hot and you can easily get accidently burnt when you switch on the water. 3. Overall the neighbourhood is very quite. But since there are so many homeless dogs in Serbia, and in Zkatibor as well - they bark during the night a lot, and if you sleep with an opened window, it can also wake you up.
