If you have a car this is a good place to stay in order to visit the nearby attractions - ex Assissi, Perugia etc

If you travel by car its perfect to stay here and visit the surrounding attractions like Assissi, Perugia etc

The room fit my needs -- a place to sleep. The owner graciously allowed me to check in early and my bed was ready. The bathroom was convenient to my room and was spacious. Easy access to town.
Loved the deck for talking with other guests and enjoying the fresh air.
Not a complaint to issue.

Francesco was a very good host. He exceeded my expectations by upgrading me to a private room for my three day stay at the lower price of the dorm room bed. It was very cozy, comfortable, clean and aesthetically appealing. The location was excellent and the others in the hostel were very kind and helpful.
A 24/7 front desk person or at least an after hour access to someone with good English speaking skills would have made my check in experience better. However, another guest was able to help interpret for me and then everything worked out greatly.
