Book with early check-in but was not honoured, not the most pleasant staff we have encountered. We always book expecting to get what's displayed in the photo. Room small with no lounge chair, smallest TV we have ever seen, traffic noise was annoying. If lounge is not to be provided then do not show it in the photo, misleading!

We were disappointed there was no cooked breakfast but the location was good to be able to walk somewhere nice for breakfast. Staff were very nice, professional and helpful.
The reverse cycle aircon didn’t seem to work properly and took a long time to warm up so used the bar heater for awhile. The bathroom had some mould, there was a rip in the carpet and the wall with the aircon was moist or Dewey.

the room was right on road and SO NOISY … the room shook with constant passing of trucks.

Toilet was a little tight. could also have a small light over the kitchen area and hang the tv so you have a table. They are all only small things though

While the room was small it was adequate for an overnight stay and was good value for money.

Location was good. Parking was right at the door. Apart from some road train noises during the night, it was quiet.
The property is looking tired needing a refurbishment inside and out to bring it back to much better motel. Although the room generally was clean, attention needs to be given to the bathroom in particular with soap build up on the shower floor tiles and in the nearby grouting.

The room was everything we needed it to be. comfy beds, quiet night sleep, clean and spacious.
It was all well done, good communication when checking in as it was after their reception hours so key was left in safe lock box.

I liked the spaciousness and facilities. Had everything that we needed.
I felt that the room wasn't as clean as it should be...there were dirt marks on the walls and the shower was a little mouldy looking.
