The bedroom was pretty good, enough big and clean. The staff was nice.

The air-conditioning didn't work during the night and was really hot (I think because of the dirty filters).

The Hotel Staff (Room Cleaners) stole from my room. Manager acted like he was going to get to the bottom of it and never got back to me.

This hotel has lots of ants on the table. It offers bad WIFI in the room (e.g., if you open an 20 minutes Youtube program, it will stop more than 20 times). If you use Apple products, you need to connect to WIFI hundreds of times per day.

Unprofessional & rude staff and bad WIFI We: " Hello, can we have toilet paper, towels, and a coffee maker?" Lady staff (rudely): "You will check out today?" We: "Yes." Lady staff (rudely): " Then you cannot have!" We: " We haven't asked for yesterday. We have long time consumed our coffee maker." I have no idea why the hotel chooses such an unprofessional lady as a staff for check-in. She never smiled and seemed quite happy that we check-out. It is a bit weird that they seem unhappy because I extended several days via booking.com instead of direct coming to them (The evening shift is more friendly). We stayed in the same hotel in Thailand, which is quite nice.

Cheap price

1. Lack of security: almost anyone can enter the hotel and your floor. 2. My floor was fairly noisy at night. 3. Complimentary bottled water tasted funny. I avoided and went out got my own bottled water.

The hotel is in the centre of the city so it’s easy access to cafes and restaurants as well as a good starting point for sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious with a private bathroom.

The staff weren’t very nice. It was my first time since arriving in Cambodia that someone was trying to rip me off. First i was told i was being upgraded from standard to superior room, despite the fact that I actually booked the superior room (standard didnt have a window and from experience that felt too claustrophobic to me). When i told the receptionist its not an upgrade he just awkwardly smiled and looked at his screen. When i went to the room i found out that it did not have any windows so I was actually downgraded to a standard from superior. I went back to the reception and asked about this. Thw receptionist wouldnt even look at me, was clearly unhappy that he had to put me in a superior room after all. Another thing is the wifi which barely worked.

It's a very nice and clean place, small room but comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Right in front of the market, but be aware that there are no restaurants nearby because of it.

The wifi didn't work at all, and I find this unacceptable considerind the price and the fact that it's in the capital. I needed it for work and it was a huge problem for me, the worst connection I've had in Cambodia
